La ragazza che ci ha accolti fin da subito è stata gentilissima e mi ha dato un sacco di consigli e informazioni utili per il mio cane. Ho visto con quanto amore e cura hanno trattato Laki, e quando sono andata a riprenderlo, il suo pelo era ancora più bello, lui super pulito e felice. Sono anche molto disponibili su WhatsApp, se eventualmente volete prenotare direttamente lì come ho fatto io, e rispondono velocemente. Dunque, consiglio vivamente questo posto. Io e Laki torneremo sicuramente il mese prossimo!!!
What a great find! I brought my dog Laki for the first time today. The girl who greeted us right away was very kind and gave me a lot of useful advice and information for my dog. I saw how much love and care they treated Laki, and when I went to get him, his coat was even more beautiful, he was super clean and happy. They are also very helpful on WhatsApp, if you wish to book directly there as I did, and they respond quickly. So, I highly recommend this place. Laki and I will definitely be back next month !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A volte è proprio vero che sono i padroni ad essere più in ansia dei loro cani, ed è stato proprio il mio caso: per Scacco era il primo bagno serio (quelli fatti da noi in doccia non lo conto xD) da quando a giugno l'abbiamo adottato dal canile. La mia preoccupazione era altissima perché non sapevo come avrebbe reagito e se si sarebbe sentito a suo agio..... Risultato? Lui super contento ed io felice di aver trovato delle persone così umane e professionali da fare il loro lavoro con tanta passione e moltissima attenzione sia per il cane che per il padrone (anche e soprattutto se molto apprensivo).
Meravigliosi ! Grazie grazie grazie ! Torneremo presto !!!!!!!!
Sometimes it is really true that the owners are more anxious than their dogs, and it was my case: for Scacco it was the first serious bathroom (those we did in the shower do not count it xD) since in June the 'we adopted from the kennel. My concern was very high because I did not know how he would react and if he would feel at ease ..... Result? He is super happy and I am happy to have found people so human and professional to do their job with a lot of passion and a lot of attention both for the dog and for the owner (even and above all if very apprehensive).
