Prezzi nella media con alcune eccezioni molto positive su i sacchi più grandi. Presenza di accessori e integratori vicino alla cassa. Personale gentile. Fanno anche servizio di toelettatura ma non posso esprimere un giudizio non avendolo mai utilizzato. Molto ampio il parcheggio. Fairly large shop with the presence of various brands of food for dogs and cats and other domestic friends with clearly visible dedicated sections. Average prices with some very positive exceptions on the larger bags. Presence of accessories and supplements near the cash desk. Friendly staff. They also do grooming service but I cannot express a judgment having never used it. The parking lot is very large.

F	Francesco Sponchiado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CANE MALTRATTATO E FERITO! EVITARE! Siamo clienti abituali (toelettatura ogni mese) di questo negozio da anni (portavamo anche il nostro cane precedente). Abbiamo portato il nostro cane di 1 anno e mezzo a lavare e toelettare. Il cane é tornato a casa e ha subito iniziato ad essere triste e a non volersi muovere. Lo abbiamo portato dal veterinario che ci ha subito detto chiaramente "questo é il risultato di una toelettatura sbagliata". Il cane ha una dermatite enorme sul collo e sul petto, dovuta appunto a un lavoro di toelettatura maldestro e grossolano. Vedete le foto allegate per credere. Abbiamo lavato e rasato il nostro cane da soli in passato e non abbiamo mai avuto questi problemi! L'addetta alla toelettatura é chiaramente incapace e sbuffa ogni volta che deve gestire un cane con un minimo di pelo annodato. EVITATE AD OGNI COSTO!!! DAMAGED AND WOUNDED DOG! TO AVOID! We have been regular customers (grooming every month) of this shop for years (we also brought our previous dog). We took our 1 and a half year old dog to wash and groom. The dog came home and immediately began to be sad and unwilling to move. We took him to the vet who immediately told us clearly "this is the result of incorrect grooming". The dog has a huge dermatitis on the neck and chest, due precisely to a clumsy and coarse grooming job. See the photos attached to believe it. We have washed and shaved our dog on our own in the past and have never had these problems! The groomer is clearly incapable and puffs every time she has to handle a dog with a minimum of knotted fur. AVOID AT EVERY COST !!!

In altri negozi per animali a volte non si percepisce questa professionalità. Esperienza molto positiva anche con un'altra ragazza la settimana scorsa. Bravi!!! The guy who follows the customers is really knowledgeable and kind. Heartfelt congratulations. In other pet shops sometimes this professionalism is not perceived. Very positive experience with another girl last week too. Well done !!!
