Abbiamo fatto il giro nella fattoria, bellissima esperienza! Un luogo davvero accogliente dove trascorrere una giornata rilassante e divertente Excellent experience that I highly recommend ... V	Vincenzo Candela on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incantevoli paesaggi scaldati da uno splendido sole anche a dicembre. Cavalli, asini, pecore, capre, pavoni, anatre, cigni, papere e altri mille volatili e non. Confortevoli camere immerse in uno scenario prettamente rustico. Persone di eccezionale passione e cultura colgono sempre l'occasione per dare cenni storici di antichi attrezzi o consigli alimentari. Nella 'putia', piccolo negozio all'interno del baglio, c'è la possibilità di acquistare formaggi, miele, mandorle, olio, vino e altri prodotti coltivati in fattoria. Inutile dire che è consigliatissimo! Enchanting landscapes warmed by a splendid sun even in December. Horses, donkeys, sheep, goats, peacocks, ducks, swans, ducks and a thousand other birds or not. Comfortable rooms immersed in a purely rustic setting. People of exceptional passion and culture always take the opportunity to give historical hints of ancient tools or food advice. In the 'putia', a small shop inside the baglio, there is the possibility of buying cheese, honey, almonds, oil, wine and other products grown on the farm. Needless to say, it is highly recommended!
i	ivana di nuovo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La fattoria Vassallo e' l' eccellenza! E' la vera fattoria didattica!!! Ci andiamo 3 volte l' anno da quando, 10 anni fa, l' abbiamo scoperta!!! Le mie figlie sono cresciute con il vero contatto fisico con la natura, con gli animali da fattoria con cui puoi interagire, galline di vario tipi, fagiani, tacchini, pavoni con la loro spettacolare ruota, conigli, conoglietti, vitelli, mucche, tanti asinelli da cavalcare o a cui dar da mangiare, e tante...tante... caprette Girgentane!!! Simpatiche, socievoli ma soprattutto con il loro latte... il migliore! Non solo perche' di capra quindi leggero digeriibile anche per chi non tollera bene il latte, ma perché quello delle " girgentane" é particolarmente " digeribile"!!! E che bella esperienza vedere le tue figlie che addirittura imparano a mungere il latte che, l' indomani mattina (x chi vuole anche subito, espresso) avranno per colazione in Fattoria, insieme alle squisite torte fatte in casa, alle marmellate e al miele di produzione propria!!! Le mie figlie(ormai grandette) non ci perderebbero mai se, ogni anno, non continuassero a tornare in quella che ormai dicono essere " LA LORO FATTORIA"!!! The Vassallo farm is excellence! It is the real educational farm !!! We have been going there 3 times a year since we discovered it 10 years ago !!! My daughters grew up with real physical contact with nature, with farm animals you can interact with, hens of various types, pheasants, turkeys, peacocks with their spectacular wheel, rabbits, bunnies, calves, cows, many donkeys to ride or to feed, and many ... many ... Girgentane goats !!! Nice, sociable but above all with their milk ... the best! Not only because it is made of goat and therefore lightly digestible even for those who do not tolerate milk well, but because that of the "girgentane" is particularly "digestible" !!! And what a great experience to see your daughters even learning to milk the milk that, the next morning (for those who want to immediately, espresso) they will have for breakfast at the farm, together with the delicious homemade cakes, jams and honey own production !!! My daughters (now grown up) would never lose us if, every year, they didn't keep coming back to what they now say is "THEIR FARM" !!!

La proprietaria Laura è una ragazza squisita, sempre a disposizione per ogni esigenza. Possibilità di pernottare e di mangiare lì. Cucina rustica, molto curata e dai prodotti genuini. Consigliatissimo per famiglie, coppie vogliose di una vacanza romantica ed escursionisti. Place of peace, of relaxation, of nature ... Here every single concern goes away. The owner Laura is an exquisite girl, always available for every need. Possibility to stay overnight and eat there. Rustic cuisine, very accurate and with genuine products. Highly recommended for families, couples eager for a romantic holiday and hikers.

Poi se si aggiunge alla tranquillità il potere assaporare la ricotta appena fatta. ..un pane appena sfornato. ...e gustare ciò che la fattoria ti offre. ...impossibile non ritornate. Inoltre la possibilità alle scuole di visitarla da l'opportunità di imparare molto. I proprietari Laura e suo fratello (ragazzi molto preparati gentili e disponibili ) insieme al personale altrettanto gentile. .fanno sì che vivi un bel giorno rilassante. Uno staff unico, con il sorriso stampato in volto, sprigionano sole siculo da tutti i pori. Cucina rustica, casereccia e gustosissima.. Tutto preparato al momento, noi siamo arrivati nel momento in cui stavano infornando il pane ed abbiamo preparato insieme a loro la ricotta. Tutte materie di prima qualità che producono loro stessi, dato che hanno le capre ( anche quelle giurgentane), le galline, i conigli e molti altri animali tutti da scoprire e conoscere da vicino. Laura e la sua famiglia sono stati davvero speciali con noi, grazie di cuore. A unique staff, with a smile on their face, emits Sicilian sun from all the pores. Rustic kitchen, homemade and tasty .. All freshly prepared, we have arrived at a time when they were firing the bread and we have prepared together with them the ricotta.
