★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura posta su una verde collina a due passi dalla spiaggia, ma alla giusta distanza dalla frenetica vita del lungomare, offre un bellissimo panorama con il Conero e Sirolo che si affacciano sul mare.
Bello, funzionale e pulito l'agriturismo ha ampi spazi verdi, la piscina e i barbecue a disposizione; genuino il buffet e comode le convenzioni per la spiaggia e i due ristoranti ( ottimi e a buon prezzo) con parcheggi riservati. Ma il valore aggiunto è senza dubbio la " gentile" professionalità della coppia che gestisce in modo cordiale la struttura.
 The structure located on a green hill a few steps from the beach, but at the right distance from the hectic life of the waterfront, offers a beautiful panorama with the Conero and Sirolo overlooking the sea.
Beautiful, functional and clean the house has large green areas, swimming pool and barbecues available; genuine the buffet and convenient conventions for the beach and the two restaurants (excellent and at a good price) with reserved parking lots. But the added value is undoubtedly the "gentle" professionalism of the couple that runs so friendly structure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location incantevole e silenziosa.. proprietari simpatici e cordiali.. camera molto accogliente e soprattutto molto pulita.. la zona piscina, fornita di idromassaggio è attrezzata e ideale per chi ha voglia di rilassarsi.. suggestiva la zona colazione.. poco distante dalla spiaggia offre lettini, ombrellone e parcheggio nello stabilimento convenzionato.. ottimi i ristoranti consigliati da Giorgio e Cristina che offrono uno sconto agli ospiti della struttura!! Non si può non pensare di non ritornarci, l'ho già consigliato ai miei amici!!

Lovely and quiet location .. nice and friendly owners .. very cozy room and above all very clean .. the pool area, equipped with whirlpool is equipped and ideal for those who want to relax .. suggestive breakfast area .. not far from the beach offers sunbeds, umbrellas and parking facilities in the establishment .. excellent restaurants recommended by Giorgio and Cristina that offer a discount to the guests of the structure !! You can't not think of not coming back, I've already recommended it to my friends !!

Enchanting place, surrounded by greenery and with a beautiful view of the sea, the really well-kept park and a wonderful swimming pool. Exceptional welcome, availability and kindness are the masters. An excellent corner of relaxation in the Conero. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tranquillo agriturismo immerso in un parco di ulivi e piante da frutto su una collina a poche decine di metri dal mare, la vista è pazzesca dal monte conero al mare sottostante, pulizia ottima, ampia area piscina con lettini sdraio e quant'altro, parcheggio interno, un area attrezzata picnic con possibilità di utilizzare due barbecue in pietra, colazione sia dolce che salata, non effettuano pranzo e cena, disponibili una cucina e due frigo per gli ospiti, possibilità di acquistare olio, vino e altri prodotti di loro produzione. Ottimo punto di partenza per svariate visite a cittadine vicine (Loreto, Recanati, Osimo a pochi chilometri).
Quiet farmhouse surrounded by a park of olive trees and fruit trees on a hill a few tens of meters from the sea, the view is crazy from Mount Conero to the sea below, excellent cleanliness, large pool area with sun loungers and so on, internal parking , an equipped picnic area with the possibility of using two stone barbecues, both sweet and savory breakfast, they do not carry out lunch and dinner, a kitchen and two refrigerators are available for guests, possibility to buy oil, wine and other products of their production. Excellent starting point for various visits to nearby towns (Loreto, Recanati, Osimo a few kilometers away).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To the people that described it a "place with low quality finishes", I'd like to ask: have you ever been in such a place? Well, clearly not!
The facility offers an equipped pool, BBQ areas, and an amazing park where you can definitely take a walk and enjoy the landscape. The location is simply beautiful and offers a nice view of Conero Park, a jewel of Marche region, and of other unique historical towns, such as Loreto. The rooms are nice and clean and the bathrooms have been recently renovated. Enjoy homemade cakes, cookies and jams, fresh fruits and dairy products, coffee and fresh juice for breakfast!
You can either walk to beach which is located 700m away, or take you car. Infact a special deal is offered to the guests which includes a car spot near the beach and the beach equipment for the whole family!
The owners, Cristina and Giorgio make you feel at home and are always happy to suggest you attractions to visit or restaurants to go to.
If you're looking for a nice and relaxing weekend away, it definitely worth it!
