Un'esperienza assolutamente da non perdere, a cominciare dalla persona che ci ha accolto in cantina: Elisabetta, sommelier estremamente preparata, gentile e professionale. Posizione incantevole e panorama unico su tutta la vallata di Assisi. Ottimi i vini. Impossibile tornare a casa a mani vuote! Crossing the gate of this winery is really like entering a little corner of paradise. An experience not to be missed, starting with the person who welcomed us to the cellar: Elisabetta, an extremely trained, kind and professional sommelier. Lovely location and unique view over the Assisi valley. Excellent wines. Impossible to go home empty handed!

I was a guest of the Livon family in Umbria in the splendid colsanto estate, a beautiful place nestled in the green Umbrian hills surrounded by the Vermentino vineyards, friendliness and good food are at home.

La ragazza che ci ha spiegato la storia dell'Azienda è stata veramente gentile e disponibile. Top I was on Saturday 05 June with my partner in this splendid location and I must say that I received the utmost hospitality and competence by letting me taste the wines produced by them which in my opinion deserve the highest evaluation. De gastvrouw Elisabetta is erg kundig en weet op een leuke manier te vertellen over de familie die aan de basis staat van dit huis. Deze familie is met name bekend van hun uitstekende witte wijnen uit het Noorden (die kan je hier ook proeven) en hanteren dezelfde standaarden voor hun rode wijn. Proeven meer dan waard! Beautiful location, warm welcome and beautiful wines. The hostess Elisabetta is very knowledgeable and knows how to tell in a nice way about the family that forms the basis of this house. This family is particularly known for their excellent white wines from the North (which you can also taste here) and apply the same standards for their red wine. More than worth tasting!

Elisabetta è sempre una certezza, grazie alla passione e alla competenza che trasmette ogni visita è un'esperienza a sé. Consigliatissimo sotto tutti gli aspetti! A tasting to say the least fantastic: all the wines offered and the stories they tell are really interesting, the place is impeccably cared for and the view over the Subasio is enchanting. Elisabetta is always a certainty, thanks to the passion and competence that transmits each visit is an experience in itself. Highly recommended in all respects!

La sommelier che ci ha guidato nella visita in cantina e per la degustazione è stata molto cordiale e competente. La location in autunno è veramente magica.. un incanto di colori! We went to Fattoria Colsanto to do a wine tasting and we were really satisfied. The sommelier who guided us in the visit to the cellar and for the tasting was very friendly and competent. The location in autumn is truly magical .. an enchantment of colors!

Interessante la storia illustrata dall'ottima guida di cui si apprezza la capacità di raccontare la storia della famiglia friulana che ha sviluppato la produzione allargando il campo di azione dal Friuli alla Toscana e all'Umbria. La degustazione è stata all'altezza delle aspettative. Non perdetevi un visita per entrare nell'universo della viticoltura. Excellent well-stocked and well-organized cellar.
