Initially the order was brought to us wrong (forgot some chicken strips), but once they realized, those were expedited and brought to us in a matter of minutes.
Then one of our burgers was not cooked right (quite raw actually), and once we notified the server, he talked to the manager (who looked really distraught) and not only did they fix the mistake and brought a properly cooked burger, they also ended up comping our whole meal.
Quite outstanding customer service.
After everything was said and done, the burgers, chicken and fries were really good though.
