Super food and drinks. Craft beers from Belgium. Nice place for lunch.

The beer was good but the bill not... 8€ for a half liter IPA is way too much.

Nice place, cozy. Good beer selection. The hamburger is not bad but lacks some spice.

The food quality was not good and the portion of the food was so small. Also, it is really expensive by considering the taste! Especially cheesecake! It came in one liquor glass, ridiculous. I do not suggest.

Cool laid back atmosphere. Really great burgers, especially the cavallo (horse) burger. My first time trying horse and it was seriously good. Great beers too.

Sweet wine bar. Serves good, simple food. Excellent prosciutto thin focaccia, various hamburgers. A great place for a quick bite to eat when you are in the area.

Nice place. We somehow got in before 18:00 and so was nice and quiet. Good choice of beers and our guy spoke enough English for us to get by. Prices are a shock even for Edinburgh people. Has to be done though.

This beer and wine bar with very satisfying meals was close to our B&B. We called in at 9:30pm and got a table outside. There are about 12-16 outside seats as well as indoors. There was a band playing outside on this Tuesday night: drum, keyboard, violin and bass playing there own interpretations of old movie and popular classics. It was a wonderfully relaxing musical balmy evening made even better by the food and drink. First time in my life I have been within 5 meters of a live band and still be able to have a normal conversation at our table. Perfect! About half a dozen beers on tap. My wife had Nora and I had Isaac. Belgian I believe. Very good in mixes glasses. Dinner was a smokey beef burger and roast beef on a bed of salad with slow roasted potatoes on the side. Sounds boring but not! Both dishes were excellent, the burger well cooked and "smokey" on a perfect bun with roasted potatoes and mayonnaise. The roast beef was thinly sliced, mildly pink and succulent complimented by the pistachio dressing and the bed of rucola and other salad leaves and good olive oil. We tried a few wines by the glass, all good value and interesting. I'm no expert on Italian wines so I can only say I enjoyed all the ones we tried and all €5-7 each per generous glass. The band finished around 11:30 but we stayed on until after 1am. Still a dozen or so people having a quiet tipple when we left. Great place on a nice evening.
