Ho parlato con Zuzana e nel giro di 3 ore avevo l'appuntamento con il tecnico.
Veramente gentili, professionali e cordiali.
Avevo già avuto modo di constatare la loro professionalità lo scorso anno facendo da loro il passaggio della mia sim.
Molto molto consigliati!
I had big problems moving the landline via app and call center then, exasperated, I went to the shop.
I spoke to Zuzana and within 3 hours I had an appointment with the technician.
Really kind, professional and friendly.
I had already had the opportunity to see their professionalism last year by making them the passage of my sim.
