I vini sono semplicemente buonissimi, equilibrati degni di essere tra i migliori di Valdobbiadene. Complimenti In a fabulous setting, the cellar is colorful and characteristic with a modern style but with traditional hints. Abbiamo fatto una degustazione di 4 vini in un locale bellissimo e accogliente con una descrizione dettagliata e appassionante. Tutto servito nei bicchieri giusti , accompagnato con qualche assaggio di formaggio/ crostini in agrodolce. Ovviamente la cantina è molto bella, spaziosa, ci lavorano molto sull'immagine. Tasting that deserves all the attention. We tasted five types of prosecco. Delicate perlage, perfume with floral notes, pale yellow color. All served in the right glasses, accompanied with some taste of cheese / sweet and sour croutons. Obviously the cellar is very nice, spacious, they work a lot on the image.

Alessandro, il ragazzo che ci ha seguito, si è mostrato molto disponibile, preparato e allo stesso tempo alla mano e pronto alla chiacchiera. Provato il vino cama brut, leonte extra dry e cartizze, poi ci ha fatto assaggiare il raff,un po' particolare, deve piacere, in ogni caso tutti vini di ottima qualità. Merita, anche come rapporto qualità prezzo. Da tornare. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di assaggiare due vini di punta, brut e Cartizze: consigliatissimi! Prodotti d’eccellenza davvero buonissimi. Infine, se siete amanti dell’arte, questa cantina è il posto giusto per voi: le etichette dei vini sono disegnate da artisti locali, così come le esposizioni di quadri all’interno! Bellissima cantina, buonissimi vini e super esperienza! Wonderful experience! We had the opportunity to visit the Fasol Menin winery, nestled among the suggestive Valdobbiadene vineyards. Alessandro was able to welcome us with professionalism and kindness, offering us interesting explanations on the products. We had the opportunity to taste two top wines, brut and Cartizze: highly recommended! Really delicious products of excellence. Finally, if you are an art lover, this cellar is the right place for you: the wine labels are designed by local artists, as are the paintings inside!
