The guided tour of this winery was a wonderful experience. The restoration of the Filandetta was very elegant. Lorenzo was very well prepared and clear and accompanied us on a tour of the winery and explained the various stages of making the Prosecco. The tasting was very pleasant. prenotazione.Bravi

Figura di primaria importanza nel mondo del Prosecco, Giuliano fu tra i fondatori della Confraternita del Prosecco e della Mostra Nazionale degli Spumanti. Convinto sostenitore del metodo Charmat, intuitivo ed abilissimo spumantista, nel 1960 per primo realizzò il Prosecco Brut. Oggi lo stesso spirito di innovazione guida le figlie Maria Elena, Elvira, Luisa e Giuliana a confermare la filosofia del marchio: qualità del prodotto innanzitutto, ma anche la creazione di un legame forte con il territorio, guidato da un principio di responsabilità ambientale. L’azienda è lieta di accogliere i propri visitatori all’interno della sede del Parco della Filandetta, un’area ottenuta dalla ristrutturazione di un’antica filanda nel cuore di Valdobbiadene che riunisce al suo interno la cantina di vinificazione, una sala di degustazione ed un vigneto biologico. Le visite sono possibili su prenotazione.
The Bortolomiol Sparkling Wine Company was founded in Valdobbiadene in 1949 by Giuliano Bortolomiol. A figure of primary importance in the world of Prosecco, Giuliano was among the founders of the Confraternita del Prosecco and the National Exhibition of Sparkling Wines. Convinced supporter of the Charmat method, intuitive and skilful sparkling wine maker, in 1960 he first made Prosecco Brut. Today the same spirit of innovation guides the daughters Maria Elena, Elvira, Luisa and Giuliana to confirm the philosophy of the brand: quality of the product above all, but also the creation of a strong bond with the territory, guided by a principle of environmental responsibility. The company is pleased to welcome its visitors inside the headquarters of the Parco della Filandetta, an area obtained from the renovation of an ancient textile mill in the heart of Valdobbiadene that brings together the wine-making cellar, a tasting room and an organic vineyard. Visits are by appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza incantevole, "tour del Fondatore" prenotato telefonicamente il giorno stesso e svolto poi con grande professionalità e simpatia da Fabia. Bartolomiol, una tappa immancabile passando da Valdobbiadene, un'azienda storica ma al passo con i tempi che mantiene la tradizione ma guarda al futuro (linea bio). Da provare assolutamente il gran cuvee del fondatore Motus Vitae.
Lovely experience, "Founder's tour" booked by telephone the same day and then carried out with great professionalism and sympathy by Fabia. Excellent quality cellar, mandatory tasting and if you want an aperitif afterwards. Welcoming and well-kept spaces, outdoor parking available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cantina al top!! Consigliatissima!! La sede della degustazione.. la filandeta.. è bellissima e l’esperienza è stata favolosa.. i vini sono buonissimi e il ragazzo che ci ha accompagnati ( Dennis)in questo piacevolissimo pomeriggio è stato SUPER!!!
Consiglio a tutti un approfondimento di questo vino..
Noi eravamo 5 e abbiamo scelto la degustazione base più un assaggio di tagliere di affettati e formaggi e 1 cicchetto gourmet… tutto ottimo e più che abbondante!!
Insomma la tappa è quasi obbligata

Cellar at the top !! Highly recommended !! The tasting venue .. the filandeta .. is beautiful and the experience was fabulous .. the wines are very good and the guy who accompanied us (Dennis) on this delightful afternoon was SUPER !!!
I recommend to everyone an in-depth study of this wine ..
We were 5 and we chose the basic tasting plus a taste of cold cuts and cheeses and 1 gourmet shot… all excellent and more than abundant !!
In short, the stage is almost obligatory

Přívětivý a milý personál, který nám ochotně ukázal celé vinařství a ochotně doporučil místní restaurace.
Byl jsem zde s rodinou a všichni jsme si to moc užili. Nezapomenutelný zážitek. Krásné reprezentativní prostory, kde probíhala degustace.

Friendly and kind staff who willingly showed us the whole winery and willingly recommended local restaurants.
