β β β β β Ieri pomeriggio siamo stati in visita alla cantina Canevel in zona Valdobbiadene DOCG. Subito siamo stati accolti da Silvia, che ci ha guidato nella visita in modo molto cortese e coinvolgente, spiegandoci le cose in modo dettagliato e rispondendo a ogni nostra domanda. Inizialmente Abbiamo visitato le cantine dove ci Γ¨ stato spiegato il processo di fermentazione delle uve ,visto le cisterne in cui viene prodotto il prosecco. In particolare, ci Γ¨ stato spiegato il processo di imbottigliamento per garantire lΓ freschezza del prodotto.Poi siamo stati nella sala degustazione per assaggiare alcuni loro prodotti: tutti buonissimi tanto che alla fine della visita ne abbiamo acquistati diversi tipi nel loro shop interno. Γ stata una bella esperienza, la rifarei
 Yesterday afternoon we visited the Canevel winery in the Valdobbiadene DOCG area. We were immediately greeted by Silvia, who guided us through the visit in a very courteous and engaging way, explaining things to us in detail and answering all our questions. We initially visited the cellars where the fermentation process of the grapes was explained to us, seeing the tanks in which prosecco is produced. In particular, the bottling process was explained to us to guarantee the freshness of the product, then we went to the tasting room to taste some of their products: all very good so that at the end of the visit we bought different types in their internal shop. It was a good experience, I would do it again

β β β β β Awesome experience! The vinyard is up a side road and through a gated complex, and the cellar door/wine shop is delightful. Carolina spoke impeccable English and was really personable and friendly. She talked us through around 5 of the varieties of the wines produced, as well as a general insight into prosecco and the history of the area.
It was my boyfriend's first experience wine tasting in this way and he loved it - there is even a small walk around the hilltop with beautiful views for after the tasting.
100% recommend, worth a stop whilst on the Strada Del Prosecco :)
