Inoltre non trovo personale gentili. Ho preso due pennarelli ma una era difettosa. L'ho portata per chiedere una sostituzione con lo scontrino, ma mi hanno trattato come se fossi una bugiarda.. È vero che non l'ho portato subito il giorno dopo, ma entro una settimana, la pennarello era ancora etichettata. Mancava proprio l'inchiostro. Mi chiede "perché non ti sei accorta subito? Perché non l'hai portata subito?". In periodo natalizio poi, non siamo così liberi per spostamenti.
Come il servizio devo mettere solo una stella.
Controllare la qualità dei prodotti è responsabile di venditore.

I also don't find friendly staff. I took two markers but one was defective. I brought it to ask for a replacement with the receipt, but they treated me like I was a liar. It is true that I didn't bring it right away the next day, but within a week, the marker was still labeled. The ink was missing. He asks me "why didn't you notice right away? Why didn't you bring it right away?". During the Christmas period, we are not so free to travel.
As the service I have to put only one star.

C'è tutto ciò che può servire dal bricolage alla cartoleria all'oggettistica della casa e abbigliamento..la qualità nel tempo è migliorata parecchio e mi è capitato di dover chiedere un oggetto che non avevano a disposizione.tempo 2 gg lo avevano ordinato appositamente per me.. nulla da dire.tornero' ancora. :)

There is everything that can be used from bricolage to stationery to home accessories and clothing .. the quality has improved a lot over time and I happened to have to ask for an object that they did not have available. Time 2 days they had ordered it specifically for me .. nothing to say. I'll be back again. :)
