★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful location, friendly helpful staff, breakfast delicious (great farm fresh eggs), dinner (tasting farmhouse menu) great value for money and very well cooked. Bus to treviso just down the road (only €1.50 per person single trip if bought from a shop displaying MOM, €2.50 bought on the bus) 10 minute bus trip to treviso centre (stops near Treviso train station for link to venice, only €3.50 per person each way, 30 mins train ride). Would defiantly return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Great place to stay in and not very expensive, having quiet sarroundings and very beautiful area to enjoy a walk. The room was very comfortable and very good value for money.
It is also in a very good place to visit Venice whilst not being in a central area.
The 2 downsides would be that if you do not drive there, you have got to either walk to the nearest bus stop (10 mins) or ride the available bikes there. Finally, another downside would be for those not so fluent italian speakers as staff i met there were not good at talking in english.
All in all though i would recommend this hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were basic but clean. Area is nice. Receptionist was friendly. €15 taxi ride to Venice Treviso airport and central train station. Receptionist was happy to schedule taxi and it was awaiting our early departure promptly. For the €50 is was an excellent deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly receptionist. Lot of humor and charm. She even let us use 5 new bikes (lights and brakes working!) to get to dinner in town. Rooms spacious and super clean. Very good shower. Airco.

We was there at January (2018),from Canada but we originally from Hungary!
First time we travel to Italy,we drive my sister little car from Hungary to Venice, we was exhausted, we arrived at 8pm.
This place is a beauty on middle of nothing ?
The welcoming is like to going to your best friends!! 2 minutes we checked in, take a nice shower(perfect clean rooms),we going to the restaurant! The food (my 1st in Italy) was lovely, the home red wine is perfectly smooth,please try?
Of course after the dinner we slept like a baby. The morning wakeup is nice like the place (and it's clean)
The breakfast (upgraded 8€) was fresh and huge, we love all of it ?
We wish to going back soon anytime!!
The owners are lovely couple and they are hard workers, we don't feel comfortable to talking to them and of course take a picture!!
WE LOVE YOU GUYS, WE LOVE ITALY!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super place for a low price. The breakfast was amazing! We skipped lunch that day.. good beds too. Ask for a grill restaurant nearby if you want to have diner (there is no restaurant to eat in evening on site).
