Dopo varie ricerche sono approdato su "Prometeo stufe" e con grande preoccupazione li ho contattati. Dopo un sopralluogo fatto dal signor Azzoni ho deciso di acquistare un camino "Spartherm" Linear XL 900. Grande professionalita da parte degli installatori e veramente grande acquisto. Funziona molto bene e scalda anche negli altri locali grazie ai tubi di collegamento predisposti. Insomma non potevo fare una scelta migliore. I searched on the internet for a company that could renovate my rather large fireplace. After various research I arrived on "Prometeo stoves" and with great concern I contacted them. After an inspection by Mr. Azzoni, I decided to buy a "Spartherm" Linear XL 900 fireplace. Great professionalism on the part of the installers and a really great purchase. It works very well and also heats in other rooms thanks to the predisposed connection pipes. In short, I could not have made a better choice.

Insieme a lui abbiamo individuato il prodotto più idoneo al recupero del nostro caminetto (Cassetta Spartherm Linear XL), predisponendone l’installazione, avvenuta nel giro di una sola settimana. I tecnici installatori si sono dimostrati estremamente cortesi e puntuali e hanno effettuato un lavoro a regola d’arte, lasciando, tra l’altro, la casa pulita e l’ambiente in ordine. Insieme ai tecnici abbiamo effettuato la prima accensione, sin dalla quale abbiamo potuto apprezzare il livello qualitativo del prodotto installato. C’è stato qualche ritardo nella consegna della documentazione del caminetto e un piccolo malinteso su alcune informazioni indicate sul certificato di garanzia del caminetto, ma, grazie alla professionalità del sig. Azzoni e della sua squadra, siamo riusciti a risolvere senza problemi. Molto apprezzabile l’attenzione al cliente e la cura a 360 gradi, dalla programmazione della manutenzione obbligatoria a preziosi consigli sulla legna da utilizzare e sulle tecniche di accensione del caminetto. Raccomando questi professionisti e artigiani a chiunque voglia installare un caminetto o recuperarne uno ormai inefficiente. È raro ormai trovare persone così attente alla soddisfazione del cliente e così preparate nel proprio settore. Grazie! Great experience. The installation technicians have been extremely courteous and punctual and have done a workmanlike job, leaving, among other things, the house clean and the environment in order. Together with the technicians we made the first time, since which we could appreciate the quality of the installed product. There has been some delay in the delivery of documentation and the fireplace a little misunderstanding of some information pointed out the fireplace guarantee certificate, but, thanks to the professionalism of Mr.. Azzoni and his team, we were able to solve no problems. Very valuable customer attention and care to 360 degrees, the programming of the valuable tips mandatory maintenance on the wood to be used and the ignition of the fire techniques. I recommend these professionals and craftsmen to anyone who wants to install a fireplace or retrieve one now inefficient. Sono stati corretti nella tempistica. Per la realizzazione della stufa sono venuti artigiani artisti che hanno lavorato in modo pulito,corretto e molto professionale. La stufa è stupenda ,non vedo l'ora che arrivi il primo freddo per poterla godere al 100% Grazie Prometeo.
