G	GIUSEPPE ORIOLI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La trasferta a Baggio dal centro di Milano la merita tutta, se si vuol fare l'esperienza della cucina e della Trattoria milanese di una volta, vera e non costruita ad arte. Locale con arredamento al minimo indispensabile, ma accogliente e dai colori caldi, come si addice ad una vera Trattoria che non si fa tentare da pentolame e collane d'aglio alle pareti per essere autentica. Propone piatti della tradizione, con alcune rivisitazioni (la fortuna aiuta gli audaci), ma sempre entro il main stream dei sapori che ci si aspetta di trovare. Pur non avendola ordinata, ho avuto la sorpresa di trovare una cassoeula sontuosa grondante di affetto per il miglior amico dell'uomo seduto a tavola: il divino maiale. Oltretutto, digerita senza problemi. Chi ha scelto altre proposte non è riuscito a finirle e ha potuto continuare la festa a casa con la schiscetta sotto braccio. Vini della Collina milanese di San Colombano al Lambro anche nella versione bollicine da dessert. Personale simpatico e accogliente. Il centro storico di Baggio a far da cornice per una trasferta paesana tutta da gustare. Consigliata la prenotazione per tempo. The trip to Baggio from the center of Milan deserves it all, if you want to experience the cuisine and the Milanese Trattoria of the past, real and not built to art. Local with furniture to the bare minimum, but welcoming and with warm colors, as befits a real Trattoria that does not let itself be tempted by cookware and garlic necklaces on the walls to be authentic. It offers traditional dishes, with some reinterpretations (luck favors the daring), but always within the main stream of flavors that one expects to find. Although I didn't order it, I was surprised to find a sumptuous cassoeula dripping with affection for the man's best friend sitting at the table: the divine pig. Moreover, digested without problems. Those who chose other proposals were unable to finish them and were able to continue the party at home with the schiscetta under their arm. Wines from the Milanese Hill of San Colombano al Lambro also in the dessert sparkling version. Nice and welcoming staff. The historic center of Baggio to be the setting for a trip to the country to be enjoyed. Early booking recommended.

Risotto, brasato, ossobuco and the 'elephant ear' cotoletta, all accompanied by polenta. Found it casually, I'll definitely return.

I spent two nights at the san siro hotel nearby the trattoria and found the restaurant by using the explore what's nearby feature on google maps. I didnt have any ideas expectations, it seemed good. What a wonderful surprise to find that the waiter spoke french (and quite good). I took a beer and he offered me advice on what i should order. I wanted something from the region, it told me about the risotto ossobuco di viletti and it was exquisite. I asked about desserts and he told me honestly there was one homemade and others commercial, i took the homemade which was a really good tiramisu. Before the dessert he offered me some fried polenta with cheese (i didnt order for it) and a liquor after the dessert (i didnt order for it as well). Overall, I spent a wonderful dinner. It made my day. I recommend it.
