★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We actually did not stay at this place. We were booked with expedia, however they (EXPEDIA) mistakenly booked as but the owners had previouly notified expedia that they were completely booked.
We arrived at 9pm to find we had no room and there was a stone convention going on in Verona that had used up all the rooms.
Well i cannot say enough good things about these people. They could not accomodate us but did EVERYTHING they could to see us get settled, finally arranging a room at another farm, who took just as good care of us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favorite experiences in Italy. Simple, pleasant and quiet. The owners are so friendly and accommodating. We stayed for many nights with friends. Not far from Verona, but set in the amazing wine country of Valpolicella and of course there are Valpolicella wines and there are Valpolicella wines (Amarone). The house wine here at I Tamasotti are wonderful, wish I could buy them in the USA. The one meal we ate here was better than some highly regarded restaurants and would compare to 1 Star Michelin places, if she decided to seek their rating. The breakfast is quite a substantial continental style with breads, meats, cheeses, muesli, tarts, you name it. The village nearby had good choices for food, when you need to eat on other nights. The views from the farm are wonderful. You will enjoy staying here, but even a meal here would be worth the drive. It is only 8 miles from Verona, but also a good spot to explore this underappreciated area of Italy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The setting is serene, quiet, rural, the house is comfortable, all around tastefully and comfortably furnished with the highest quality in everything, and Sandro and Luisa were such kind and gracious hosts. The breakfast, served on the terrace, included a generous serving of fresh fruit, ham, cheeses, homemade jams and pastries. Luisa's cooking is heavenly, so try the restaurant (open Thursday through Saturday), and have some of the great wine produced on the farm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes. 100% stay here. What a little paradise. Incredible homemade dishes literally from an Italian grandma. A real working farm and vineyard, in the family for generations. This is authentic in every sense, what respite!
(And did I mention the pool is heated?!)
