★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso un weekend ad Illasi e il sabato sera ci siamo accorti di avere importanti perdite d' olio dall' auto. Mio marito, controllando si accorge che si tratta di una rottura del manicotto dell' olio e questo avrebbe sicuramente compromesso il fine settimana. Siamo riusciti a contattare l' officina di domenica e nonostante avessimo disturbato di mattina presto, Zeno si è reso da subito disponibile, offrendosi di sistemare il problema il lunedì mattina appena aperto( parliamo della settimana di Ferragosto), in modo da poterci permettere di tornare a casa ( Treviso) in tempo per i nostri impegni lavorativi. Oltre ad aver mantenuto in pieno le aspettative dateci, la cifra che ci ha chiesto era a dir poco onesta...per capirsi...nemmeno il meccanico di fiducia. Non solo più tardi ha invitato un messaggio e successivamente telefonato a mio marito, per sincerarsi fosse tutto apposto. Un vero peccato non avere un professionista così, vicino casa. Lo consigliamo a gran voce!!!!
My husband and I spent a weekend in Illasi and on Saturday evening we realized that we had major oil leaks from the car. Upon checking, my husband realizes that it is a break in the oil sleeve and this would surely have compromised the weekend. We were able to contact the workshop on Sunday and despite having disturbed early in the morning, Zeno immediately made himself available, offering to fix the problem on the Monday morning as soon as it opened (we are talking about the week of Ferragosto), so that we could afford to return at home (Treviso) in time for our work commitments. In addition to having fully maintained the expectations given to us, the amount he asked us was honest to say the least ... to understand each other ... not even the trusted mechanic. Not only did she later invite a message and then phoned my husband to make sure everything was okay. A real shame not to have such a professional close to home. We recommend it loudly !!!!
