La prima volta che sono andata in questa, e non mi piacerebbe ritornare per essere tratada in una forma così. Extremely rude and rude pharmacist Claudia M. Ho atteso 15 min in rigoso silenzio per fare il tampone ( non c'era nessuno, solo io) mi viene detto in malomodo che devo prendere appuntamento e dovrei saperlo dato che è così da 3 settimane!stavo appunto attendendo udienza per poterlo chiedere ! ma la preferenza va alle conoscenze ! Pessimo ! Rude (female) pharmacist and absolutely predisposed to her obvious acquaintance or friend. E	Elisa Traversi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ oggi ho eseguito un tampone presso la farmacia (per confermare il rapido fatto a casa con esito positivo) ho ricevuto un esito Negativo, l'ho rifatto immediatamente in un altra farmacia e sono Positiva .hanno scambiato l'ordine degli esiti? Brutta organizzazione abbiamo aspettato 2 ore per un risultato sbagliato in più mia mamma risultata positiva ha ricevuto tramite SMS una certificazione verde in cui risulta negativa al tampone (mentre lei è positiva, li è stata fornita una certificazione opposta all'esito comunicato dalla farmacia) today I performed a swab at the pharmacy (to confirm the quick done at home with a positive result) I received a Negative result, I immediately did it again in another pharmacy and I am Positive. have they exchanged the order of the results? Bad organization we waited 2 hours for a wrong result in addition, my mother who tested positive received a green certification via SMS in which it was negative for the swab (while she is positive, she was provided with a certification opposite to the result communicated by the pharmacy)

Mi sono recata oggi pomeriggio a far fare i tamponi ai miei bambini di 4 e 3 anni,precedentemente avevo già esposto il problema (telefonicamente)alla farmacista di nome Claudia,che i miei figli avrebbero fatto di tutto pur di non farsi toccare. È stata paziente e super gentilissima. Ha eseguito i tamponi con qualche piccola difficoltà ma con molta professionalità e pazienza. Suoer consigliata. Usa modi e toni saccenti e privi di professionalità e senza alcun rispetto per le persone che ha davanti in attesa. Ritirato il referto ho fatto presente alla signora farmacista che i modi usati nei mie confronti e nei confronti delle persone in attesa erano poco carini e la risposta che mi é stata data (testuali parole) "é che a lei non cambia la giornata". Ed io le rispondo che invece dovrebbe interessarle io resto basito e dispiaciuto per chi questo lavoro lo svolge nel migliore dei modi, usando professionalità rispetto ed educazione Non consiglio questa farmacia solo per il trattamento maleducato ricevuto. Per non parlare dell attesa infinita e della mala organizzazione Mi sento di consigliare la Farmacia Bravi. He uses pedantic and unprofessional manners and tones without any respect for the people in front of him waiting.
