M	Max Tambone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premessa che sono residente a Castel Mella ,due settimane fa ho portato una ricetta per un farmaco,purtroppo avevano una sola confezione,pertanto pagavo comunque entrambe le confezioni rimandandomi al ritiro in un altro giorno.Ritornavo dopo due giorni e dopo aver aspettato alcuni minuti mi informavano che il farmaco non era ancora arrivato,mi chiedevano pertanto di ritornare in un altro giorno.Ritornavo ma ancora nulla proponendosi se volevo il generico che non c'era comunque.Ritornavo oggi è la Dott.ssa presente mi diceva"la ricetta è scaduta mi dispiace".Mi facevo rimborsare e andavo via.A voi le valutazioni del caso. Premise that I am a resident of Castel Mella, two weeks ago I brought a prescription for a drug, unfortunately they had only one pack, therefore I still paid for both packs by postponing to pick up on another day. I returned after two days and after waiting a few minutes I they informed that the drug had not yet arrived, therefore they asked me to return on another day. I was returning but still nothing proposing if I wanted the generic that was not there anyway. I'm sorry. "I got refunded and went away. You have the necessary evaluations.
