Troppo frettoloso di vendere la merce senza dare neanche il tempo di pensare. Premetto che nel negozio c’erano solo 2 clienti. Quindi nessun pericolo di perder tempo. In ogni caso ad alcune domande rivolte in merito a della carne la risposta è stata molto frettolosa e addirittura urtante da parte del commesso. Come dire: dai che non ho tempo da perdere. Visto e considerato che comunque i prezzi non sono del tutto economici, ma quando si parla di qualità nulla da eccepire, per lo meno si apprezza molto un rapporto cordiale e rispettoso. Si parte dal presupposto che chi entra nel negozio ti porta il pane quotidiano. In ogni caso non tornero’ mai più. A travagliato ci sono altre macellerie equine che vendono carne di alta qualità e il personale e molto cordiale. It is assumed that those who enter the shop bring you their daily bread. In any case, I will never come back. A troubled there are other horse butchers who sell high quality meat and the staff is very friendly.

Altrimenti tornerei più spesso anche perché il locale è sempre pulito ed offre sempre tanti prodotti. Consiglio la tagliata con gli aromi, il carpaccio e la carne trita per tartar.
