C	Costanza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato on line con spese di spedizione gratis perché avevo raggiunto il tetto di spesa. Ho fatto un reso parziale in quanto era stata cambiata la cura dal medico. Mi hanno addebitato le spese di spedizione primaria perché con il reso non raggiungevo più la spesa per la spedizione gratis. Gli ho spiegato che sul loro sito non era indicato, la persona con cui ho parlato ha preso tempo e mi ha detto che mi avrebbe fatti sapere. Nel frattempo avevo fatto gli screen shot di tutta la loro politica di reso , dove questa cosa non era ASSOLUTAMENTE SEGNALATA. Mi hanno risposto dopo qualche giorno con una mail dove diceva che c'era scritto tutto sul sito. DOPO LA MIA TELEFONATA AVEVANO CAMBIATO I TERMINI SUL SITO AGGIUNGENDO QUESTO PICCOLO PARTICOLARE , COSA CHE PER ALTRO NON MI ERA MAI E DICO MAI CAPITATA COMORANDO TANTISSIMO ON LINE. IL TUTTO DIMOSTRABILE CON FOTO. PER 8€ DI UNA SPEDIZIONE CHE DOVEVA ESSERE GRATIS. PERSONE ISCRITTE AD HN ALBO PROFESSIONALE. SENZA PAROLE. NON SO COSA ALTRO DIRE. I ordered online with free shipping because I had reached the spending limit. I made a partial return as the treatment had been changed by the doctor. They charged me the primary shipping costs because with the return I no longer reached the cost of free shipping. I explained to him that it was not indicated on their website, the person I spoke to took time and told me he would let me know. In the meantime I had taken screen shots of all their return policy, where this thing was NOT ABSOLUTELY REPORTED. They answered me after a few days with an email saying that everything was written on the site. AFTER MY PHONE CALL THE TERMS ON THE SITE HAD CHANGED, ADDING THIS SMALL DETAIL, WHAT FOR OTHERWISE I WAS NEVER EVER AND I NEVER SAY IT COMMANDED SO MUCH ONLINE. ALL DEMOUNTABLE WITH PHOTOS. FOR 8 € OF A SHIPPING WHICH SHOULD BE FREE. PEOPLE ENROLLED IN HN PROFESSIONAL REGISTER. WITHOUT WORDS. I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO SAY.

Spedizione super veloce e personale molto cortese, visto che mi ha avvisato tramite messaggio che il farmaco non era più in flaconcini ma in buste da bere. Insieme al pacchetto c'era anche un deodorante in regalo, che è stato molto apprezzato. I ordered a drug online as it was discounted compared to my country pharmacy. Puntualità e velocità nella consegna prezzi competitivi ed estrema cura dei dettagli nella preparazione del pacco, ogni farmaco è stato incartato nella carta velina bianca singolarmente, un piccolo e gradito omaggio è stato inserito in un sacchetto di tulle bianco e dentro un portatessere con biglietto da visita e scontrino parlante...incredibile tutta questa cura e quindi complimenti allo staff...tutto da 5 stelle e se ce ne fossero ne metterei anche di più. E Mi e sembrato strano, e così sono andato a controllare sul web e infatti il prezzo oscilla dai 6€ ai 12€! Forse essendo giornidinfesta si è permesso il regalo natalizio... Al banco nessuno, un farmacista stava facendo tamponi, un altro era nella stanza dietro il banco, dopo dieci minuti di attesa il vuoto assoluto. Al mio secondo "buongiorno" detto con voce più decisa, da un'altra stanza è passata una farmacista da dietro il banco, senza un saluto, nell'indifferenza totale è andata nella stanza dietro il banco in silenzio senza degnare di uno sguardo. Sono uscito e con me un'altra persona, anche lei in attesa. Io sono educato quando entro in un qualsiasi negozio, e mi piacerebbe ricevere sempre un po' di educazione.
