C'è veramente di tutto e poche volte sono tornato senza quello che cercavo. In questo momento è in corso anche la svendita su un vasto catalogo di libri d'arte, romanzi e altri generi. Personale competente e proattivo. Ora i difetti: grande disordine, libri sparsi a caso (in alcuni casi gli stessi impiegati hanno dovuto spendere parecchio tempo per ritrovare i titoli richiesti. Ci sono comunque sempre riusciti, bravi!). La richiesta di un acconto per la prenotazione di testi non presenti in stock non mi pare una grande pensata. Due parole sul titolare: a volte non spicca per simpatia, soprattutto nei confronti dei suoi dipendenti, ma neppure coi clienti ha grande tatto. C'è da lavoraci su. A parte questi peccatucci, un buon posto per passare un po' di tempo in mezzo a una marea di libri. Si trova sempre qualcosa di buono. Oggi si è giocato una spesa consistente in libri pagati col bonus docente, dato che mi ha fatto andare da una parte per non bloccargli la fila anziché assistermi da pc. Cosa che una sdipendebte ha regolarmente fatto con gentilezza e pazienza già varie volte. Quindi, per rientrare qui anziché curvare altrove, vorrei che esponeste i turni di lavoro, così scanso accuratamente il signore in questione.
