Il personale - è gentile e educato??...ma parlerò della mia esperienza del tampone (per COVID19)
Oggi (14.10.21) ho fatto il mio 30mo tampone(avevo esperienza bella e brutta) ,allora... Avevo fatto il mio primo tampone in questa farmacia(ne avevo fatti altri in altri posti) .... Con la mia esperienza che ho dietro alle mie spalle - non posso consigliare questo posto per fare tampone???, la dottoressa che fa il tampone...da molto fastidio e fa molto male???... Non consiglio ai bambini 100%?

The staff - are nice and polite?? ... but I'll talk about my tampon experience (for COVID19)
Today (14.10.21) I had my 30th tampon (I had good and bad experience), then ... I had done my first tampon in this pharmacy (I had done others in other places) .... With my experience that I have behind me - I can't recommend this place to swab???, the doctor who swabs ... gives a lot of annoyance and hurts a lot??? ... I don't recommend to children 100% ?

Gli do una stella perchè meno non si può
Sono stato oggi 12/10/2021 a chiedere informazioni per i tamponi. sono stato fatto accomodare fuori in maniera molto sgarbata perchè in farmacia eravamo in 3 clienti. Personale poco disponibile. Ho chiesto perchè il tampone è solo nasale e il farmacista presente mi ha risposto stizzito: "perchè il virus replica nel naso!!!!"
Forse il farmacista dovrebbe rivedere gli appunti dell'università e imparare un pò di buone maniere
Contrariamente a quasi tutte le farmacie non fanno nessun tipo di abbonamento.
VIVAMENTE SCONSIGLIATA!!!!!

I was today 10/12/2021 to ask for information for tampons. I was made to sit outside in a very rude way because there were 3 customers in the pharmacy. Staff not very helpful. I asked why the swab is only nasal and the pharmacist present angrily replied: "because the virus replicates in the nose !!!!"
Maybe the pharmacist should go over the university notes and learn some manners
Contrary to almost all pharmacies, they do not offer any type of subscription.
STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED !!!!!
