Saluto con affetto la dott.ssa Elena che, seguendo le orme paterne, ha egregiamente portato avanti il lavoro iniziato circa 60 anni fa dalla famiglia. Porgo il benvenuto ai nuovi titolari augurando loro di trovarsi bene a Casteggio e di proseguire l'ottimo rapporto con la comunità.
From today 29 April 2022, the historic Ricotti pharmacy gives way to a new management. I affectionately greet Dr. Elena who, following in her father's footsteps, has excellently carried out the work begun about 60 years ago by the family. I welcome the new owners wishing them to feel good in Casteggio and to continue the excellent relationship with the community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questa farmacia per effettuare un tampone per un bambino di 5 anni. Premetto che prima ho contattato la farmacia che mi ha confermato che una mail istituzionale poteva essere sufficente per non pagare il tampone.
Senza un foglio che la scuola si è dimenticato di inviare, la dottoressa mi ha fatto pagare €15. Inoltre non ha voluto saperne ( in modo anche scortese e scocciato) di rimborsarmi l'importo del tampone nel momento in cui avrei ricevuto l'allegato.
Lucrare su un bambino di 5 anni mi sembra eccessivo!

I went to this pharmacy to do a swab for a 5 year old boy. I state that first I contacted the pharmacy which confirmed that an institutional email could be enough to not pay for the tampon.
Without a paper that the school forgot to send, the doctor made me pay € 15. Furthermore, he did not want to know (even in a rude and annoyed way) to refund me the amount of the tampon when I received the attachment.
Making money on a 5-year-old child seems excessive to me!
Never again!
