La farmacia è sempre ben fornita ed efficientemente organizzata e offre anche la possibilità di avere consulti con professionisti. Disponibilità e cortesia anche per quanto riguarda il servizio whatsapp. Consigliatissima ?? The atmosphere in this pharmacy is completely different from the others ☺️ the doctors are very well prepared, courteous and the passion for their work is immediately perceived. The pharmacy is always well-stocked and efficiently organized and also offers the possibility of having consultations with professionals. Tutto ben organizzato in due file, una per i tamponi e un'altra per l'acquisto di medicinali, si forma un pò di coda naturalmente ma senza prenotazioni è normale che sia così ma viene smaltita in breve tempo e in sicurezza perché viene richiesto l'uso della mascherina ffp2 Friendly, helpful and prepared staff. Ho effettuato da loro anche la 3 dose di vaccino e sono state super organizzate tra tamponi,vaccini e clienti al banco! Complimenti davvero! It has now become my trusted pharmacy. Le dottoresse sono sempre super gentili e disponibili, sia di persona che al telefono e persino su WhatsApp a cui, quando possono, rispondono anche con degli audio, creando sicuramente un dialogo molto più "umano" anche se parliamo di un mezzo elettronico. Inoltre, vogliamo parlare delle loro mascotte pelose? Assolutamente adorabili! Consiglio vivamente Farmacia Torrenova a tutti, un luogo dove il paziente è prima di tutto PERSONA. I often go to this pharmacy despite having 3 more near home because there is nothing to do, to be treated well, welcomed lovingly and especially when you pay attention to your work, it definitely makes a difference. The doctors are always super nice and helpful, both in person and on the phone and even on WhatsApp to which, when they can, they also respond with audio, certainly creating a much more "human" dialogue even if we are talking about an electronic medium. Also, do we want to talk about their furry mascots? Absolutely adorable! I highly recommend Farmacia Torrenova to everyone, a place where the patient is first of all PERSON.

Nonostante io abbia 3 farmacie vicino casa, dove potrei andare tranquillamente a piedi, preferisco prendere la macchina ed andare da loro. Un saluto care dottoresse, ed un affettuosa carezza a Ziguli ? Professional, kind, always available and exceptional doctors. They have a big big (green) heart, taking any of our problems to heart. Although I have 3 pharmacies near my home, where I could easily walk, I prefer to take the car and go to them. Greetings dear doctors, and an affectionate caress to Ziguli ?

Ho fatto vari tamponi ai miei figli,mai aspettato più di 30 minuti tra .l accettazione il tampone e la risposta. Mai trovato tante persone in fila accalcate...tutto molto organizzato. Ci sono due file separate per farmaci e accettazione tamponi. È una situazione difficile da gestire ma complimenti a voi per come la state gestendo. Veramente molto organizzati e professionali. Grazie! I highly recommend. Compared to what is currently available in other pharmacies, here it seems like a different reality. I have swabbed my children several times, never waited more than 30 minutes between accepting the swab and responding. Never found so many people in a queue crowded ... all very organized. There are two separate lines for medication and swabs. It is a difficult situation to manage but congratulations to you on how you are handling it. Really very organized and professional. Thank you!

In questo periodo storico dove le file per fare i tamponi si moltiplicano a dismisura, ho trovato disponibilità in pochissimo tempo. Le dottoresse sono gentili e accoglienti. La consiglio a tutti e non solo per i tamponi. Difficile trovare una farmacia a 5 stelle. Professionalism, experience and courtesy are the masters in this pharmacy. In this historical period where the lines to make tampons multiply excessively, I found availability in a very short time. The doctors are kind and welcoming.
