I personale è molto preparato e disponibile ma è quasi sempre affollata dato che forse è una delle farmacie facilmente raggiungibili in zona e con un gran numero di clienti da gestire. Sin dal primo contatto telefonico la gentilezza e la disponibilità sono stati rimarchevoli. Recatomi presso la farmacia, mi sono relazionato con altre tre dottoresse anch'esse molto gentili e premurose. Queste caratteristiche positive non sono da prendere per scontato. Tutto il personale sanitario in questo tempo è messo a dura prova. Rendiamo facile la vita a queste care persone. I found myself by pure chance in this pharmacy booking the vaccine against Covid-19. A distanza di tempo ho aperto la scatola e mi sono accorto che il tubo della crema era strano, con un etichetta sovrapposta. Incuriosito ho rimosso l'etichetta e ho trovato un altro nome, così ho scoperto che, senza nemmeno avvisare, hanno dato a mia madre un farmaco di importazione, che in Spagna costa 5 euro e che qui rivedono a 15 con la nomea. Il tutto sarà anche perfettamente legale, ma voglio essere libero di decidere su che investire i miei soldi e, se avessero avuto la buona curanza di avvisare, piuttosto avrei preso un generico o sarei andato altrove. Non è la prima volta che si "dimenticano" di farci risparmiare.. Mia madre è voluta tornarci, ma stavolta non ci metteremo piede mai più.
