Entro, saluto e chiedo per favore se potevano fornirmi il farmaco sulla ricetta, prendo un farmaco originale (come sono soliti a chiamarlo loro), al momento del pagamento c'era da pagare 1,85€ , non avendo contanti pago con la carta, la commessa o proprietaria mi guarda basita, forse non aveva mai visto una carta di credito. Dopo tutto ciò lei fa la polemica in modo aggressivo deridendomi come se io non avessi voluto pagare (neanche a dire che l'avevo rubato, forse sarebbero stato più cordiali) ed il suo collega con il sorrisetto dice: > (MIA CONSIDERAZIONE: sicuramente molto più capra di lei). Io in tutto ciò con il silenzio, non cadendo nella volgarità (sicuramente come si è rivolta lei a me) e nella provocazione ma meritano una recensione molto negativa e mi ritrovo con il caso descritto. Grazie. Spero sia utile a qualcuno. FATE ATTENZIONE PERCHÈ FANNO FARE DAVVERO BRUTTA FIGURA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovo d'accordo con quanto scritto da molti in questi post. Hanno la cattiva abitudine di ridere in faccia ai clienti quando qualcosa non conviene a loro.
Ricordo ai proprietari che la prima regola del commercio è la buona educazione.
I agree with what is written by many in these posts. They have a bad habit of laughing in the customers' faces when something is not for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi chiedo come sia possibile non sapere che cosa è un farmaco originale o un farmaco generico e ancora non sapere che in farmacia chi ti consegna un farmaco é un dottore o una dottoressa!Forse capra è chi scrive questa recensione!
E francamente pagare un ticket di 1.85 con la carta !

Io in questa farmacia ho sempre trovato competenza ,gentilezza e sempre risposte pronte e risolutive!
I wonder how it is possible not to know what is an original drug or a generic drug and still not know that in the pharmacy who gives you a drug is a doctor or a doctor! Perhaps goat is who writes this review!
And frankly pay a 1.85 ticket with the card!
Unfortunately there is no remedy for ignorance

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesi maleducati all'inverosimile, non metterò mai più piede in un posto simile. La maleducazione purtroppo non è passibile di denuncia ma le testuali parole della farmacista rivolte al mio medico "dica al suo dottore di studiarsi il prontuario sono state riferite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale cortese solo a convenienza. Farmaco pagato e dopo più di una settimana non ancora arrivato. Mi hanno restituito i soldi scocciati e ridendomi dietro perché non ho accettato un equivalente del 40% più caro. Maleducati, da evitare.
Courteous staff only at convenience. Paid drug and after more than a week not yet arrived. They gave me back my money and I laughed because I did not accept an equivalent of 40% more expensive. Rude, to avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado sempre in questa farmacia. Per qualsiasi necessità per me è la famiglie anche per il nostro cane(maltese)non esco mai delusa. Il personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile in più molto preparato. Se un farmaco non è disponibile viene ordinato. Dopo 10 anni posso in tutta tranquillità consigliare questa farmacia.
I always go to this pharmacy. For any need, for me it is families, even for our dog (Maltese), I never go away disappointed. The staff is very kind and always available in a lot more prepared. If a drug is not available it is ordered. After 10 years I can safely recommend this pharmacy.
