L'anno fatta registrare l'hanno fatta pagare e non gli hanno fatto il tampone perché la dottoressa non riusciva a farglielo mentre marito glielo ha sempre fatto. Soldi non restituiti. Fatta denuncia. Non accettano tamponi se non con prenotazione e fanno anche male a farli. Non andate! A	Andrea Fierro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La settimana scorsa faccio fare un tampone a mio figlio (7anni) pago, do il codice fiscale del bambino per scaricarlo sul 730 e me ne vado, guardo la cifra, 15€ , premetto che sono vaccinato e ignorante in merito ai tamponi ,credevo che i bambini pagassero 8€ tutto compreso anche il servizio. Vabè, tralasciando questo, vado a casa e mi cade l occhio sul codice fiscale inserito , era errato , di un altra persona , vabè , richiamo , in sostanza chiedo il prezzo del tampone quanto deve essere (ripeto sono ignorante in materia) e mi risponde al telefono in maniera brusca e scortese (voce di ragazzo/uomo) dicendomi di chiedere ad altre farmacie se volevo che quelli sono i prezzi, poi oltretutto non potevano fare niente per lo scontrino! quindi oltre a essere stato trattato in maniera scortese al telefono , non posso nemmeno scaricare lo scontrino sul 730 per un errore loro!! Non mio dato che avevo fornito il codice fiscale giusto !! Mai più, andrò in un altra farmacia. Penso che il cliente debba essere sempre trattato con garbo dato che comunque paga... Soprattutto quando l errore non è del cliente, insomma oltre al danno anche lo sgarbo!! Recandosi di persona non sono disponibili anzi scorbutici. Infine l’unica volta che sono riuscita a portare mia figlia a fare il tampone le hanno fatto male. La frequento per i tamponi da 3 mesi e non mi hanno mai fatto mancare tatto, disponibilità e cortesia. Anche nei giorni in cui si formava più coda oppure erano in difficoltà per via del malfunzionamento della piattaforma nazionale, hanno saputo risolvere i problemi in modo pratico e funzionale, per ridurre il disagio ed i tempi di attesa. I can only say well about the Althea pharmacy and its staff. I have been attending her for tampons for 3 months and they have never made me lack tact, availability and courtesy. Even in the days when more queues formed or were in difficulty due to the malfunction of the national platform, they were able to solve problems in a practical and functional way, to reduce inconvenience and waiting times.

Per niente gentili..ho effettuato tamponi con il foglio della regione Piemonte in altre farmacie ed è sempre andata bene, stamattina il foglio non andava bene, il codice mai avuto da nessuno invece stamattina volevano il codice. 2 tamponi 9 e 5 anni pagati come prezzo da adulto... La dottoressa che ha eseguito l'esame è stata delicata e disponibile a fornirci subito un riscontro. Il referto definitivo è giunto poi all'indirizzo mail comunicato in sede di prenotazione.
