The Giaccone Pharmacy is around the corner from my house. I have been a customer of theirs for years, the staff is very kind, polite and helpful. It is stocked with many other products in addition to medicines. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando sono andato io di recente (2 volte) mi ha servito lo stesso commesso ed entrambe le volte ha tentato di rifilarmi delle inutili e costose salviette (più di 10 euro). La seconda volta ho chiesto un collirio per la congiuntivite e mi ha dato un preparato omeopatico assolutamemente inutile. C'erano 4 commessi, ma solo uno serviva, gli altri facevano finta di non vedere la file dei clienti (eravamo 6 in attesa) e una conversava amichevolemente con una cliente sua conoscente senza curarsi della gente in coda. Io non ci tornerò più. Il personale che c'era tempo fa era molto più gentile e attento ai clienti.
When I went recently (2 times) I was served by the same clerk and both times he tried to give me some unnecessary and expensive wipes (more than 10 euros). The second time I asked for an eye drop for conjunctivitis and he gave me an absolutely useless homeopathic preparation. There were 4 clerks, but only one was needed, the others pretended not to see the customer file (we were 6 waiting) and one conversed amicably with a client he knew without paying attention to the people in the queue. I will never go back. The staff who were there a long time ago were much more kind and attentive to customers.
