Mi hanno fatto un lavoro eccellente! E hanno anche, molto gentilmente, sistemato alla perfezione la chiave fatta male da altri! Grazie ragazzi! Gli hanno dato una guarnizione errata, forse approfittando del fatto che è un ragazzino. Appena arrivato a casa è stato evidente che non era della medesima misura e quindi non poteva essere utilizzata. Ho mandato nuovamente mio figlio per la sostituzione in possesso dello scontrino. La risposta è stata che non ne avevano altre (e quindi mi spiego il motivo per il quale invece di dire semplicemente che le avevano gli hanno rifilato quello che avevano) e non hanno fatto il rimborso. Essendo una cifra irrisoria non mi inficia il discorso economico, ma sicuramente quello che mi ha dato molto fastidio è che hanno venduto un oggetto che sapevano non adatto facendo quindi perdere del tempo prezioso 2 volte. Sicuramente sconsiglio di rivolgersi a questo esercizio commerciale. I clienti hanno tutti pari dignità, sia che facciano grossi acquisti che piccoli.
