★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale maleducato ed inefficiente. Hanno sollevato problematiche assurde per un tampone senza prenotazione e senza nessuno ad aspettare di farlo, quando alla farmacia centrale di Montecatini Terme in 30 secondi ma lo hanno fatto senza batter ciglio. Pessimi.
Rude and inefficient staff. They raised absurd issues for a tampon without a reservation and without anyone waiting to do it, when at the central pharmacy of Montecatini Terme in 30 seconds but they did it without batting an eye. Bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non conoscevo questa farmacia, perché non sono proprio della zona, ma devo dire personale gentilissimo, super disponibile, umano. Ormai è una rarità trovare personale così ed è anche giusto riconoscerlo. Tornerò sicuramente anche se si tratta di fare una deviazione un pò più lunga.
I did not know this pharmacy, because I am not really from the area, but I must say very kind, super helpful, human staff. It is now a rarity to find personal like this and it is also fair to recognize it. I will definitely come back even if it is a little longer detour.
