★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nei primi giorni di dicembre 2021 ho telefonato per prendere appuntamento per me e mio marito per fare il vaccino Covid 19. Mi è stato risposto che le prime disponibilità ci sarebbero state a partire dal 15 gennaio 2022 in poi aggiungendo che sarei stata richiamata telefonicamente in seguito per fissare l'appuntamento. Poichè il mio telefono non risultava raggiungibile alla prima telefonata che mi è stata fatta di domenica sera dopo le 21.00 , non è stato più possibile avere l'appuntamento. L'operatrice si è rifiutata di darmi l'appuntamento dicendo che non rispondendo al telefono avevo perso la possibilità di essere prenotata. A fine gennaio sia a me che a mio marito scade il Green Pass e mi devo rivolgere altrove dopo un mese e mezzo di attesa.
Resto delusa del servizio .
In the first days of December 2021 I phoned to make an appointment for my husband and me to get the Covid 19 vaccine. I was told that the first availability would be starting from January 15, 2022 onwards, adding that I would be called back by phone later. to make an appointment. Since my phone was not reachable on the first phone call that was made to me on Sunday evening after 9.00 pm, it was no longer possible to have an appointment. The operator refused to give me the appointment saying that by not answering the phone I had lost the chance to be booked. At the end of January, both my husband and I expire the Green Pass and I have to go elsewhere after a month and a half of waiting.
I am disappointed with the service.
