★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato 9 giorni fa per un appuntamento all'anagrafe come previsto dall'ufficio pubblico e sono stato trattato male, senza cortesia, spiegandomi che l'impiegata era sola e non poteva darmi l'appuntamento! Oggi (9 giorni dopo!), arrivato nell' edificio comunale, ho chiesto all'addetto dell'ufficio del protocollo dove trovavo la signora con cui avevo appuntamento per la consegna del certificato richiesto e con estrema maledizione e scortesia mi è stato risposto che non era in quell'edificio...bastava semplicemente spiegarmi dove era!! Scortesia estrema! Ho dato 2 stelle solo per la cortesia di un'altra impiegata e del Sindaco che ho dovuto interpellare.
I phoned 9 days ago for an appointment at the registry office as expected by the public office and I was treated badly, without courtesy, explaining that the employee was alone and could not give me the appointment! Today (9 days later!), Arrived in the municipal building, I asked the employee of the protocol office where I found the lady with whom I had an appointment for the delivery of the requested certificate and with extreme curse and rudeness I was told that not he was in that building ... it was enough to simply explain where he was !! Extreme rudeness! I gave 2 stars only for the courtesy of another employee and the Mayor that I had to consult.
