★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono cliente da anni di questa farmacia, semplicemente perché è vicina a dove abito. Però trovo che spesso "spingano" farmaci di marca, piuttosto che tenere i cosiddetti "generici". Però magari mi sbaglio. Se dovessero leggere questa recensione, dato che mi conoscono, forse provvederanno ad ampliare la scelta dei "generici", perché tutte le volte che ci vado ultimamente mi tocca discutere.
I have been a client of this pharmacy for years, simply because it is close to where I live. But I find that they often "push" branded drugs, rather than keeping the so-called "generics". But maybe I'm wrong. If they were to read this review, since they know me, maybe they will expand the choice of "generics", because every time I go there lately I have to discuss.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si capisce purché non rispondano mai al telefono. Visto il servizio sociale che svolgono mi sembra un comportamento inammissibile . Ho visto la risposta( per questo avete qualcuno disponbile anche per santo stefano) ma non è quello che mi ha detto la dottoressa al bancone: mi ha detto che ha proprio silenziato il telefono. Non hanno mai risposto dall'apertura alle 16 almeno fino alle 17.30 quando ci ho parlato di persona. Comunque ho denunciato l'avvenuto all'ordine dei farmacisti di Pistoia e vedremo se sono d'accordo con il vostro operato.
It is not clear as long as they never answer the phone. Given the social service they perform, it seems to me inadmissible behavior. I saw the answer (for this you have someone available also for Santo Stefano) but that's not what the doctor at the counter told me: she told me that she just silenced the phone. They never answered from opening at 4pm until at least 5.30pm when I spoke to them in person. In any case, I denounced the incident to the Pistoia pharmacists' association and we will see if I agree with your work.
