★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il livello del personale è molto basso, in particolare una signora è anche molto scontrosa maleducata e tratta male i clienti . L ho sentita più volte discutere con arroganza con i clienti e con il proprietario. Si comporta come se la farmacia fosse sua.
Non capisco perché continuano a tenerla. Quando c era lei al banco la evitavo. Il proprietario non ha la situazione in mano e si vede che è molto infastidito. Mai visto sorridere. Ora mi rivolgo ad altre farmacie e ho trovato gentilezza disponibilità e competenza.Mai più !!
The level of the staff is very low, in particular one lady is also very surly rude and badly treats customers. I have heard her arguing arrogantly with customers and the owner several times. He acts as if the pharmacy were his.
I don't understand why they keep holding it. When she was at the counter I avoided her. The owner does not have the situation in hand and it shows that he is very annoyed. Never seen smiling. Now I turn to other pharmacies and I have found kindness, availability and competence.Never more !!
