C	Cristina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non posso parlare per tutto il personale, ma oggi uno dei farmacisti, credo uno dei più anziani, si è comportato in modo a dir poco sgarbato e saccente. Sconsiglio. I can't speak for all the staff, but today one of the pharmacists, I think one of the oldest, behaved in a manner that was to say the least rude and arrogant. I do not recommend.

La coda è molto lunga ma il sistema è cambiato, il modulo viene consegnato alle persone in fila (insieme a una penna!) e ritirato dal personale che circola per gestire la fila. BRAVI! DEI VERI GENI!!!!! Ore 11 mi metto in coda x fare tampone. Poca gente, per fortuna!!!! E invece... sopresa! Per fare tampone serve compilare un modulo, ma i moduli li distribuiscono alle 13. Ma ormai siamo tutti lì in fila, non potete darli adesso?! Eh no mi spiace, dovete tornare alle 13.... COMPLIMENTI PER L'OTTIMA ORGANIZZAZIONE ? EDIT: I come back here after a couple of weeks and am pleasantly impressed. The queue is very long but the system has changed, the form is handed over to the people in line (along with a pen!) L	Luciana la gamba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E un fiore all occhiello di Buccinasco Farmacia molto servita e aperta sempre anche festivi e serale penso anche notte nel periodo covid e tuttora c'è la possibilità di effettuare un tampone rapido sono stati fantastici nel periodo che i lavoratori non vaccinati dovevano sottoporsi a tampone e con fili lunghe kilometri ma loro era sempre attivi. La farmacia è molto grande e oltre l orario suonare che il prodotto verrà dato tramite cassetto. Sono andata con una ricetta scaduta da tempo ( non sapevo fosse scaduta) lui giustamente non mi ha dato il farmaco ma non è stato questo il problema, lui ha fatto il suo lavoro. Il problema è stato l'atteggiamento che ha avuto, quasi a farmi sentire una ladra. ( sono sempre andata con quella ricetta non sapendo fosse scaduta da tempo e i suoi colleghi non mi hanno mai detto nulla) detto questo un pò più di gentilezza no farebbe male.
