★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 40€ una mascherina ffp3 antivirus+ 10€ di soluzione alcoolica preparata da loro per poterla riutilizzare (2 volte? 3?? Non lo sanno neanche loro!) E hanno anche il coraggio di dire che le riservano per i soggetti a rischio...40€ è decisamente un prezzo che riflette la loro preoccupazione per la salute dei più deboli...
 40 € a ffp3 antivirus mask + 10 € of alcoholic solution prepared by them to be able to reuse it (2 times? 3 ?? They don't even know it!) And they also have the courage to say that they reserve them for those at risk ... 40 € is definitely a price that reflects their concern for the health of the weakest ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio marito presenta 2 ricette, 1 con esenzione, l altra no. La dottoressa piccolina ha fatto pagare il ticket per tutte due nonostante mio marito abbia fatto presente dell'esenzione. La dottoressa, alla mia telefonata di protesta, ha risposto che non siamo obbligati ad andare da loro quando ho fatto presente che non è la prima volta che ci sono problemi. Quando mii marito è tornato a ritirare il ticket pagato in più si è sentito rispondere «solo x 4 €?». È la stessa dottoressa che non da mai il generico, ma solo quello di marca.
My husband presents 2 recipes, 1 with exemption, the other not. The little doctor charged the ticket for both of them despite my husband having mentioned the exemption. The doctor, on my protest call, replied that we are not obliged to go to them when I pointed out that it is not the first time that there are problems. When my husband came back to collect the extra paid ticket he heard the answer "only x € 4?". It is the same doctor who never gives the generic, but only the branded one.

Staff always kind, helpful and competent, and from experience I know very well that it is not at all easy to be in contact with the public, they always try to advise the best according to requests. And they are for friendly. I highly recommend !!!
