In seguito mi sono state rimborsate, però che fatica, peggio che interfacciarsi con l'Inps! Speriamo che col tempo migliori la situazione. La gestione economica è un gran casino, chiude i bilanci lasciando fatture e bollette vecchie non pagate ( e non si capisce il motivo) Vorremmo cambiarlo ma purtroppo all'ultima Riunione condominiale non avevamo i 501 millesimi necessari. Devo dire che dopo varie mail di cui non avevo avuto risposta, ho sollecitato fisicamente presentandomi con foto dello stato dei tubi in questione e devo dire in questo caso che l'amministratore si è attivato sollecitando l'intervento.
