Non si assume le responsabilità di quello che fà, poco disponibile con i condomini e scarica tutto sui proprietari e sull'agente immobiliare. Gli chiedi dei chiarimenti e ti risponde di "leggere il verbale".
Gli posso dare sinceramente e senza rancore due consigli:
1) di andare in pensione perchè ormai è chiaro che si è stufato del suo lavoro
2) di cambiare lavoro perchè sicuramente il suo punto forte non sono la cortesia, l'educazione e la trasparenza.
Stessa cosa vale per il suo staff, sembrano fatti con lo stampino. In questo caso vale il detto: "Dio li fa e poi li accoppia".
