★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima di non dare i farmaci...studi... perché già non si può andare negli ospedali....poi ci si mette la farmacista..che uno già i dolori se li porta via....e i medici per la fibromialgia prescrive anti-depressivi perché....
«Le terapie anti-fibromialgia oggi disponibili non sono purtroppo risolutive, permettono solo di controllare, e solo parzialmente, il dolore e gli altri sintomi. Questo perché non si conosce ancora esattamente che cosa ci sia alla base della malattia. Si pensa che nella fibromialgia siano amplificate le sensazioni dolorose, vi sia cioè un’alterazione del modo in cui il cervello elabora i segnali di dolore. Questo sembra dovuto a una disfunzione delle sostanze che regolano la percezione del dolore a livello del sistema nervoso centrale, i cosiddetti neurotrasmettitori, in particolare serotonina e noradrenalina. Per questa ragione, il primo approccio terapeutico si indirizza a quei farmaci che regolano l’attività di questi neurotrasmettitori. La maggior parte di questi farmaci sono classificati tra gli antidepressivi, .....buona lettura dottoressa ...e si informi di più....???????? Sperando che legga la recensione. Altrimenti non saprà mai cosa vuol dire fibromialgia
