Location carina. Purtroppo il servizio un poco lento ma molto gentili. Presentazione dei piatti bella. QuantitΓ  e qualitΓ  buona. Non metto la quinta stella solo per il servizio non da 5 stelle

Siamo stati domenica 13 marzo 2022 in questo locale. 4 persone Abbiamo preso 4 antipasti: formaggi/salumi del territorio Sabino/salumi di cinghiale/Culatello di Zibello Assolutamente buonissimi e ricercati, eccellente la confettura di cipolle rosse preparata in casa da accostare al tagliere di formaggi - superlativa. due primi:una cacio e pepe e degli gnocchetti stile altoatesino entrambi molto buoni. 2 secondi lo stracotto a bassa temperatura di lonza e la guancia bardata con pancetta piacentina e accompagnata da 2 ciuffetti di cicoria. Molto buoni sia i primi che i secondi. Tutti i piatti non sono mai "banali" Un dolce al cioccolato accompagnato con 2 creme diverse. 2 H2O 1 bottiglia di bollicine metodo classico La Scolca - da uva cortese 1 grappa bianca. Giusto anche il conto 150,00 euro, considerando che il vino spumantizzato - una vera chicca costava intorno ai 40 euro. posto assolutamente da consigliare e da ritornare. Molto cortesi sia lo chef che la sua compagna in sala
We stayed at this venue on Sunday 13 March 2022. 4 people We took 4 starters: cheeses / cured meats from the Sabine area / wild boar cured meats / Culatello di Zibello Absolutely delicious and refined, the homemade red onion jam is excellent to accompany the cheese platter - superlative. two first courses: a cacio e pepe and some South Tyrolean-style dumplings, both very good. 2 seconds the loin stew at low temperature and the cheek harnessed with Piacenza pancetta and accompanied by 2 sprigs of chicory. Both the first and second courses are very good. All dishes are never "banal" A chocolate dessert accompanied with 2 different creams. 2 H2O 1 bottle of La Scolca classic method bubbles - from Cortese grapes 1 white grappa. The bill of 150.00 euros is also right, considering that the sparkling wine - a real gem cost around 40 euros. place absolutely to recommend and to return. Both the chef and his partner in the dining room were very courteous

Two visits - two great meals. Friendly service good menu choices, huge range of beer and good wine list.

I am a regular at this restaurant. Not only because they promote honest food, but also for the warm and friendly welcome. Their wine list is outstanding and the variety and choices of dishes and pizza are definitely one of a kind. A must go if in the surroundings!
