Alla mia insistenza, dicendo che avrei avuto bisogno di una certa provetta, con saccenza la signora allo sportello ha voluto insistere nel vendermi una provetta diversa. Arrivata in ospedale ovviamente ho scoperto di aver ragione io. L'incompetenza del personale mi ha causato per la seconda volta ritardi e costi più alti - dovendo ora rifare l'analisi.
