Io vivo a 30 km da mio padre perciò mi sono organizzata con il medico di base di inviarmi le sue medicine ripetibili via mail. Quando li ho contattati telefonicamente si sono subito resi disponibili nel consegnare senza costi aggiuntivi i medicinali a mio papà (80 anni) direttamente a casa. Pronti a ricevere le impegnative via WhatsApp, a dirmi disponibilità, darmi la cifra per organizzare il pagamento ed eventuale resto o in caso di necessità addirittura accettare anche il bancomat. Sono sempre stati puntuali nella consegna dandomi la possibilità di supportare la mia famiglia anche se a distanza. Li ringrazio infinitamente.
I already knew her but I got to evaluate her professionalism and courtesy right in the Covid period. I live 30 km from my father so I organized myself with the general practitioner to send me his repeatable medicines via email. When I contacted them by phone, they immediately made themselves available in delivering the medicines to my dad (80 years) directly at home at no additional cost. Ready to receive the commitments via WhatsApp, to tell me availability, give me the amount to organize the payment and any remainder or if necessary even accept the ATM. They have always been punctual in delivery, giving me the opportunity to support my family even if at a distance. I thank them infinitely.

Ho dovuto farmi 30 km per scoprirlo.
On Google it appears that the pharmacy is open, in reality it was closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo periodo di Covid pwd me questa è la farmacia più efficiente ed organizzata di Lecco. Si possono fare i tamponi rapidi anche senza prenotazione e in tutta sicurezza perché si resta all’esterno dell’edificio. In altre farmacie invece bisogna attendere giorni o settimane prima di poter fare un tampone e non danno la possibilità di mettersi in coda senza appuntamento pee I caso più urgenti, come invece fa la farmacia Pontiggia.
Il personale sia della farmacia che dei tamponi è sempre gentile e disponibile. Grazie per l’impegno che vi siete assunti nei nostri confronti!
In this period of Covid pwd me this is the most efficient and organized pharmacy in Lecco. You can do quick swabs even without a reservation and in complete safety because you stay outside the building. In other pharmacies, on the other hand, you have to wait days or weeks before being able to take a swab and they do not give you the opportunity to queue without an appointment for the most urgent cases, as the Pontiggia pharmacy does.
The staff at both the pharmacy and tampons are always friendly and helpful. Thank you for the commitment you have made to us!
