★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hicieron una prueba de covid y no me entregaron ni el certificado ni el código para descargarlo y me hicieron perder mi boleto. Mejor vayan a otra farmacia.
 They did a covid test and they did not give me the certificate or the code to download it and they made me lose my ticket. Better go to another pharmacy.

Vraiment inadmissible et de plus obligé de repayer dans une autre pharmacie de nouveau 44 euros pour nos 2 tests
Antigenic test never received by email from them so plane failed because of this pharmacy because no test to take our plane at 6am

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disonesti e incompetenti. Mi hanno sbagliato la data del green pass e ho dovuto rifarlo d’urgenza in un’altra farmacia per non perdere il biglietto del viaggio. Quando ho chiesto il rimborso sono stato trattato con estrema scortesia.
Dishonest and incompetent. I got the green pass date wrong and I had to redo it urgently in another pharmacy so as not to lose my travel ticket. When I asked for a refund, I was treated with extreme rudeness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato che non si può mettere 0 stelle. Ho dovuto fare il tampone a mia figlia per essere visitata dal medico base . Ho chiesto più volte di fare piano visto che aveva paura, invece davanti a me l’ha infilato il bastoncino in fondo e lo girava in continuo mentre stava lacrimando di dolore !!! A distanza di 2 ore ancora dolore e bruciore fortissimo!!! Imparatevi a fare i tamponi! In più quasi un ora per 3 persone. Mai più
Too bad you can't put 0 stars. I had to swab my daughter to be seen by the GP. I asked him several times to be quiet as he was afraid, instead in front of me he slipped the stick at the bottom and turned it continuously while he was weeping with pain !!! After 2 hours still pain and very strong burning !!! Learn to swab! Plus almost an hour for 3 people. Never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo aspettato 3 ore e mezza per fare un tampone, che poi è stato fatto con i piedi.. Il bastoncino ha sfiorato le narici senza andare in fondo.. Se ce lo fossimo fatti da soli avremmo fatto prima
We waited 3 and a half hours to make a tampon, which was then done with the feet .. The stick touched the nostrils without going to the bottom .. If we had done it ourselves we would have done it sooner
