G	GP M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo essere negativo in questa recensione, il personale non è quasi mai gentile e spesso ti creano problemi anche per richieste fatte dal chirurgo che ti ha appena operato, inoltre si sprecano anche in commenti maleducati. Farò di tutto per recarmi altrove da questo momento in avanti. Se poi il medico non ha prodotto un documento conforme alle normative la colpa non può certo essere del cliente, allora ci si adoperi per far uniformare il medico piuttosto. La gentilezza non è da tutti. La farmacia è ben fornita anche per la parte veterinaria, peccato appunto per la scelta del personale. V	Valeria Ciotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Episodio spiacevolissimo : avendo avuto dalle 3 di notte una forte cistite ed essendo il mio medico operativo solo nel pomeriggio , chiedo la mattina alla farmacista la gentilezza di fornirmi un farmaco (monuril) ,per cui so che serve la ricetta , per lenire il mio dolore . La farmacista con assoluta fermezza e irremovibile mi dice no e mi rimanda a casa...trovo assurdo che essendo lei una donna, e quindi sapendo cosa comporta , non trovi il modo di aiutare una persona in difficoltà, soprattutto perchè SO che in molte farmacie danno lo stesso questo farmaco in caso di emergenza. Davvero rammaricata per la negligenza e la mancanza di umanità! Ho provato a chiedere un antibiotico per uno stato infiammatorio acuto, dicendo che al momento il medico di base era irraggiungibile. Per dare un utile chiarimento e supporto ho detto loro che sarei andato con il foglio di dimissioni dell'ospedale avvenuto di recente e riconducibile al farmaco che mi necessitava (sul foglio era presente anche un medicinale similare), da lì si poteva intuire la necessità del farmaco che era assolutamente compatibile con il mio quadro clinico. Bravi!!! Devo dire che la farmacista o l'impiegata (non vedo differenze in questo caso) ha saputo tenere fermo il pugno non cedendo a simili instigamenti alla contravvenzione. Fulgido esempio di rettitudine e professionalità. Suggerimento: Propenderei per un dispencer automatico al posto delle farmacie, infili la ricetta e quello ti prende i medicinali selencati, na che serve il ffarmacista.... Mi è stata venduta una confezione inferiore a quella che mi aveva detto il dottore e sono uscita dalla farmacia pensando di avere quello che mi serviva anche se pensavo fosse un po' troppo costosa. poi quando ho guardato nella borsa ho visto che avevo bisogno di altre 2 confezioni per soddisfare i requisiti del dottore e non potevo pagare così tanti soldi. quindi sono tornato indietro per spiegare la situazione e chiedere il rimborso. tutto quello che potevano darmi era un buono da usare nel negozio. Non sono contento di questo, ma almeno è qualcosa. ma il modo in cui hanno gestito la mia richiesta è valso un pessimo atteggiamento e incolparmi di non aver chiesto al mio medico quanto c'è in un pacchetto e quanto costa. Non ho mai dovuto farlo prima. Ho sempre avuto buone esperienze con altre farmacie che mi davano indicazioni precise per aiutarmi, ma qui si limitavano a metterlo in borsa e mi dicevano il prezzo. mi sono fidato di loro e ora so che avrei dovuto controllare. purtroppo è l'unico così vicino a casa mia, ma farò del mio meglio per evitare di venire qui in futuro.
