★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotato presso questa farmacia il 14/10 un busto.ho fatto presente che mio papa'sarebbe stato dimesso sabato e che senza busto non avrei potuto portarlo a casa.mi e'stato detto che sarebbe arrivato venerdi.non e'arrivato ne venerdi e ne sabato.la farmacia mi ha riferito che non sapeva dove fosse e neppure se fosse stato spedito. Sono tre gg che pago l'ospedale per tenere mio padre li.
Vergognoso poca professionalita' e incompetenza soprattutto perche si tratta della salute di una persona.
I booked a bust at this pharmacy on 14/10. I pointed out that my dad would be discharged on Saturday and that without a bust I would not be able to take him home. I was told that he would arrive on Friday. Neither on Saturday the pharmacy told me that he did not know where it was or if it had been sent. I have been paying the hospital for three days to keep my father there.
Shameful lack of professionalism and incompetence especially because it is about a person's health.

In questo periodo di tamponi per l`ottenimento del GP la farmacia risponde egregiamente al servizio con estrema disponibilità in considerazione dell`inevitabile afflusso di richiedenti. Talvolta il sistema del Ministero della Salute non è in grado di sopperire al carico delle richieste causando perplessità nell`operato della farmacia che nulla ne può per un disservizio dell`ente statale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima farmacia dopo aver prenotato 10 tamponi già pagati in anticipo!!! Ho riscontrato personale scontrosi nelle rispose, avendo avuto dei conflitti aziendali dove lavoro, in quanto per ben due volte ho ricevuto avendo dato la mia Email il risultato del Test e sia del Green Pass il giorno dopo alla sera.. Oltre aggiungo avendo fatto 60 telefonate senza nessuna risposta da parte loro. Farò ricorso all'ente di competenza per aver perso ore di lavoro visto che ho pagato un servizio non dato
Bad pharmacy after booking 10 tampons already paid in advance !!! I encountered grumpy staff in the replies, having had some business conflicts where I work, as twice I received the result of the Test and of the Green Pass the day after in the evening having given my Email .. In addition I add having made 60 phone calls with no response from them. I will appeal to the competent body for having lost hours of work since I paid for a service that was not given

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto il tampone al mio bimbo anche se non ero prenotato e sono stati molto gentili. Alla fine una delle dottoresse gli ha anche fatto un piccolo regalino. A volte basta poco per strappare un sorriso.
I swabbed my baby even though I wasn't booked and they were very kind. Eventually one of the doctors even gave him a small gift. Sometimes it doesn't take much to make you smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giorno 15/12/21 mio figlio di 3 anni e mezzo incrocia qualche giorno prima un positivo e decidiamo di farli un tampone anche se stava bene e zero sintomi.
Fatto tampone in questa farmacia risulta POSITIVO.
Ci isoliamo x 11 giorni e il 26 dicembre arriva molecolare negativo x lui mamma e papà(nel frattempo mamma e papà ne fanno uno molecolare con esito negativo).
In questi gg mai un sintomo nemmeno lieve e nessuno di noi a stretto contatto con lui contrae il virus.
Giorno 8 gennaio sua sorella ha febbre ed è positiva.
Giorno 9 gennaio lui e sua madre febbrone da cavallo e facciamo tamponi in un altra farmacia.
Positivi!!
Nessuno tra medici pediatri e farmacisti si spiegano come in 25 gg si possa contrarre 2 volte il virus.
Conclusione il tampone fatto in questa farmacia positivo era sicuramente sbagliato (magari confuso con un altro)
E noi e tutti I bambini del suo asilo non hanno festeggiato il Natale x una GRAVISSIMA NEGLIGENZA.

Day 12/15/21 my son of 3 and a half years crosses a positive a few days before and we decide to give him a swab even if he was fine and zero symptoms.
Made a swab in this pharmacy it is POSITIVE.
We isolate ourselves for 11 days and on December 26 comes molecular negative for him mom and dad (in the meantime mom and dad make a molecular one with a negative result).
In these days never even a slight symptom and none of us in close contact with him contracts the virus.
On January 8, his sister has a fever and is positive.
On January 9, he and his mother are suffering from horse fever and do tampons in another pharmacy.
Positive !!
None of the pediatricians and pharmacists explain how the virus can be contracted twice in 25 days.
Conclusion the positive swab made in this pharmacy was definitely wrong (maybe confused with another one)
And we and all the children of his kindergarten did not celebrate Christmas for a VERY SERIOUS NEGLIGENCE.
NOT RECOMMENDED
Incorrect never again not going even for a vitamin
TOO COMFORTABLE HIDING BEHIND A "FALSE POSITIVE"
BUT IT WAS CLEAR YOU DO NOT ALLOW YOUR OWN FAULT.
But that's okay it doesn't matter !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo sono rimasta male dopo ultimo tampone che ho fatto nella farmacia dopo quarantena scolastica per mio figlio. I tamponi devono essere gratuiti, ho portato il modulo ma era sbagliato (ho preso dal sito della scuola), ho proposto di riportate il modulo dopo il tampone ma mi hanno detto che non ero possibile. E quindi ho pagato 15 eur. Confrontando con altre mamme - altre farmacie hanno accettato vecchie moduli o non hanno chiesto nessun modulo. Tutti gratuiti dalle altre parte. Un po di comprensione per noi sarebbe gradita
Unfortunately I was sick after the last swab I did in the pharmacy after school quarantine for my son.
