Ho notato sugli scafali le migliori marche di prodotti per igiene personale e cura della persona e vasta scelta di "accessori". Ho anche usufruito del servizio di tampone rapido , oltre a non aver sentito alcun fastidio durante il prelievo, sono stati veramente rapidi e servizievoli durante ogni fase, dall'accoglienza alla consegna del risultato. Educazione e comprensione(empatia) al top!!!
In this pharmacy I found courteous and professional staff. I noticed on the shelves the best brands of products for personal hygiene and personal care and a wide range of "accessories". I also used the quick swab service, in addition to not having felt any discomfort during the collection, they were really quick and helpful during every phase, from the reception to the delivery of the result. Top education and understanding (empathy) !!!

La consiglio per qualsiasi acquisto non soltanto di farmaci, ma anche per prodotti di nutraceutica e naturali ed anche igiene della persona, infanzia e cosmesi.
Well organized and well-stocked pharmacy, the staff is kind and very helpful, the doctor, like his collaborators, is always ready to give excellent advice. Bisogna fare due code e la gente passa avanti senza ritegno, questo perché danno a piú persone l'appuntamento tutti alla stessa ora.
Per questo siamo stati un'ora e trenta in coda al freddo.
Molto scortesi, poco professionali e non tutelano la privacy per quanto riguarda la comunicazione dell'esito se positivo, anzi lo comunicano ad alta voce, davanti a tutti con nome e cognome della persona interessata.
Assolutamente un'esperienza negativa che non ripeteremo.

You have to queue up and people pass by without restraint, this is because they give more people the appointment all at the same time.
That's why we spent an hour and a half queuing in the cold.
Very rude, unprofessional and do not protect privacy as regards the communication of the outcome if positive, rather they communicate it aloud, in front of everyone with the name and surname of the person concerned.
Absolutely a bad experience that we will not repeat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho parole per descrivere le risposte che danno ,dopo aver chiesto un informazione riguardo i vaccini.
La signora molto scortese e con tono sarcastico risponde che la farmacia NON effettua vaccini COVID 19,peccato che una conoscente ha prenotato per effettuare il vaccino a Febbraio.
Inoltre la farmacia risulta sul sito PiemonteTiVaccina.
Capisco la situazione ma in primis l'educazione prevale su tutto.

The very rude and sarcastic lady replies that the pharmacy does NOT carry out COVID 19 vaccines, too bad that an acquaintance has booked to have the vaccine in February.
