★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con il problema tampone sono troppo disorganizzati troppe attese al bancone farmacia, solo per comprare delle aspirine ho atteso 20 minuti e non avevo nessuno davanti a me.dovrebbero dedicare del personale solo alla farmacia
With the buffer problem they are too disorganized too many waited at the pharmacy counter, just to buy aspirins I waited 20 minutes and I didn't have anyone in front of me. They would dedicate some staff to the pharmacy only

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Acquisto un prodotto in data 28-12-2021 e purtroppo non mi accorgo subito che fosse scaduto (tra l'altro non di pochi giorni, ma da luglio 2021 - 5 mesi!).
Sono fuori Torino per una settimana circa e appena rientro (oggi 7-01-2022) mi presento in farmacia con scontrino, farmaco integro e ricetta medica datata fine novembre 2021.
In farmacia non mi vogliono cambiare il farmaco sostenendo che non c'è possibilità di dimostrare che il farmaco che ho in mano sia quello venduto da loro - in pratica assumendo la mia mala fede.
Assurdo che nel 2022:
1) una farmacia possa vendere un prodotto scaduto da 5 mesi senza che ci sia un controllo a sistema (tra l'altro reato punibile da codice penale)
2) non ci sia un modo di tracciare/identificare in maniera univoca un farmaco
3) da vittima, con possibili conseguenze fisiche di un farmaco scaduto su mia figlia di 3 anni (per fortuna me ne sono accorto!), divento un truffatore!
Se potete, cambiate farmacia e controllate sempre bene la data di scadenza quando acquistate...
Bad experience. I purchase a product on 28-12-2021 and unfortunately I don't immediately notice that it has expired (among other things, not by a few days, but from July 2021 - 5 months!).
I am out of Turin for about a week and as soon as I return (today 7-01-2022) I go to the pharmacy with a receipt, an intact drug and a medical prescription dated the end of November 2021.
At the pharmacy they don't want me to change the drug claiming that there is no way to prove that the drug I have in my hand is the one they sell - basically assuming my bad faith.
Absurd that in 2022:
1) a pharmacy can sell a product that has expired for 5 months without a system control (among other things, a crime punishable by the criminal code)
2) there is no way to uniquely track / identify a drug
3) as a victim, with possible physical consequences of an expired drug on my 3-year-old daughter (luckily I noticed!), I become a scammer!
If you can, change your pharmacy and always check the expiration date when you buy ...
