La risposta dello "staff" della Farmacia che peraltro non ha il coraggio di firmarsi, in re ipsa loquitur ed avvalora, alla virgola, quanto da me scritto e ribadito de visu ed anche in questa sede, esplicitato coram populo in numerose recensioni pubblicate da altri utenti. Le simpatiche e divertenti illazioni, oltre che ultronee ed inconferenti, sono altresì prive di qualsivoglia riscontro e/o fondamento, essendo i titoli posseduti dallo scrivente (Lauree+Master) di gran lunga più adeguati e pertinenti alle problematiche sollevate, rispetto ad uno staff che, absit iniuria verbis, si presume e si auspica almeno laureato in "Farmacia e Pacchettologia". Se non si sono comprese le citazioni latine di cui sopra si invita la S.V. a consultare il tanto declamato e da voi utilizzato google, consigliando anziché sterili ed inefficaci risposte, una sana e doverosa autocritica sul proprio operato. Oggi mi sono presentato con una ricetta stampata inviatami via mail dal mio medico curante che ha lo studio a Fontanafredda visto il problema che tutti stiamo vivendo in questo periodo per il Covid-19. La dottoressa si e' rifiuata di consegnarmi i medicinali perche' la ricetta non era in originale e lei non l'avrebbe potuta firmare! Ritengo che tale comportamento sia assolutamente contrario all' etica professionale di un farmacista e sia anche una mancanza di rispetto nei confronti di tutti coloro che hanno necessita' di acquistare farmaci con prescrizione medica. Ambiente fornito, personale molto competente, preciso e gentile . La farmacia rifiuta la prescrizione di un podologo professionista per un gel per piedi preparato chiedendomi di farmi fare una prescrizione medica (il podologo non é un medico). Vado dal medico e mi faccio fare la ricetta. Mi presento in farmacia ed hanno rifiutato pure la prescrizione medica perche non erano indicate le grammature dei componenti del preparato. Cordiali e gentili le farmaciste al banco, incomprensibile il tizio che si occupa di preparati, un po troppo quadrato dal momento che le grammature le aveva lui, tant'è che mi sono state date chiedendomi di tornare dal mio medico per rifare la ricetta inserendo le grammature. Perso ore e km di auto per nulla. Nemmeno se fosse l'unica farmacia nel raggio di 100km. Bad experience. I hate reviews but today they made me match the groups.
