Quest'anno però, da quando non c'è più Mara, a prescindere dalla questione Covid-19, tutt'altro si può chiamare "servizio" (nemmeno fosse gratis, ciò che proprio non è ...) ... piuttosto lo chiamerei DISSERVIZIO da ogni punto di vista: totale mancanza di cordialità e disponibilità, impossibilità di trovare un referente per info, ritardo vergognoso nelle pratiche... ecc... ecc... È mai possibile che in oltre due (!) mesi non si riesca ottenere informazioni, in nessun modo, inerente a che fine abbia fatto la propria pratica del 730???? Sarà l'ultima volta che la sottoscritta & Co. si sono appoggiati al Caaf Cgil di Pordenone! Carded for 30 years and always used for tax services ... This year, however, since Mara is no longer there, regardless of the Covid-19 issue, anything can be called "service" (even if it were free, which just isn't ...) ... I'd rather call it DISSERVICE from every point of view: total lack of cordiality and availability, inability to find a contact person for info, shameful delay in practices ... etc ... etc .. Is it possible that in over two (!) Months you will not be able to obtain information, in any way, concerning what happened to your 730 file ???? It will be the last time that the undersigned & Co. have leaned on the Caaf Cgil of Pordenone!

Gente che ha portato i documenti in agosto, pratica fatta al momento. Non va proprio bene. Se li chiami hanno la segreteria sempre attiva e mai una risposta. This year we just didn't. Documents delivered in June and still no news. People who brought the documents in August, practice done at the moment. It's not really good. If you call them, they have their voicemail always on and never an answer.

Ho provato più volte a chiamare il Caaf di PN ma ti risponde sempre la segreteria telefonica,mi sono recata al Caaf di Sacile di persona ,ti rispondono che devi chiamare PN . Ho il tesseramento da 30 anni.......a sto punto mi sa che cambierò sindacato a mess, I brought my 730 and my father's on June 5 and still there are no answers. I tried several times to call the CAAF of PN but the answering machine always answers you, I went to Sacaf's CAAF in person, they answer you that you must call PN. I have had a membership for 30 years ....... at this point I think I will change the union

Arrivata alle 17.10 scapicollandosi dal lavoro è stata mandata via (dopo che questo appuntamento era stato spostato da loro) dicendo che a loro non interessa niente, alle 17.30 si chiude. Mai più. Shame on ... my (pregnant) partner had an appointment at 5pm. Arrived at 17.10 freeing herself from work she was sent away (after this appointment had been moved by them) saying that they don't care, at 17.30 it closes. Never again.

The Caaf CGIL staffers were kind and professional; most importantly their availability to find a day suitable for me to meet regarding my CUD was outstanding. I will continue to use their fiscal services in the future.
